Kinda like digging up 'old dirt' on Romney with a 25 year old video? Here's a tidbit- the Stafford Act- the one Obama was criticizing the Bush Administration for not using- Obama voted against it.

Speech was purely racist.

Not only did he vote against the continuing resolution that funded the Act (it was passed in 1988 as an amendment to the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, I believe), he voted against it 10 days before he gave the speech.
