Well, I don't know where you live, but in Alberta we have FREE HEALTH CARE. As of Jan. 1st. 2009. Even if one does not have employee benefits to cover the items not covered by your Provinces health care, additional coverage is easy enough to purchase and far cheaper than what Americans have to pay overall.
