Actually, it's your side of the law that has passed the Voter ID laws, made by PA House Majority Leader Mike Turzai (R) http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/sta...

Then there was the conservative operative who has been committing fraudulent voter registrations in Florida.
http://www.salon.com/2012/1001a_history_of_th...

And all the while, your side hasn't been able to illustrate a legitimate threat of in person voter fraud (which all sides admit would be a spectacularly complicated way to throw an election). What is more, none of these laws address absentee voting, which requires no proof of ID, or even proof of life, to perpetrate. The voter ID laws do only one thing, disenfranchise voters who have no need of Photo ID. Anyone who is not a shill can see as much.

How?
ID is required for:
Driver's License
SSI benefits
Medicaid, Medicare
Gun purchases
liquor purchases
Library books
Airports
Pharmacy
Donating Blood
Banks
Cashing checks
Pawn Shops
Jail
Using a Credit card
UNION Elections
Adoption agencies

So are ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL these functions also disenfranchising legitimate Americans?

You libbies past the Motor-Voter Act where one could register to vote at the DMV. You didn't cry disenfranchise then. You used this to get lazy 47%ers to register to vote since they'd rather drive than take a trip to voter registars office. DMV issues ID as well as operators licenses.

You guys have excuses for everything except personal resposibilities.

You can make all the lists you wish, this one is pretty skewed as there are many activities you have listed that do not require the identification you assert.

The long and the short of it is that you cannot make a fundamental case that these laws actually address a real issue.

Please prove that in person voter fraud is a real issue. I bet you cannot. It would be much easier to commit absentee ballot fraud, where no ID is necessary, and one could vote even for deceased persons, but none of these laws address that condition.

The laws are a transparent attempt to disenfranchise a largely Democratic demographic, and those who defend it are kidding themselves.

CNN story shows economists favor Romney -- but headline stresses they do so 'reluctantly'
Published October 02, 2012
FoxNews.com
Even the good news for Mitt Romney come wrapped in a bad news ribbon.
A recent CNNMoney story reported that the Republican presidential nominee, despite trailing in a number of swing state polls, is the overwhelming choice among economists surveyed. They picked him, according to CNNMoney, by a 3-to-1 margin. However, CNNMoney made sure to stress in the headline that they did so "reluctantly."

Glad to see the left is still promoting Jim Crow Laws.

On June 10, 1964, Democrats filibustered the Civil Rights Act.
Grand Old Partisan reported, via DANEgerus:

On this day in 1964, Everett Dirksen (R-IL), the Republican Leader in the U.S. Senate, condemned the Democrats’ 57-day filibuster against the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Leading the Democrats in their opposition to civil rights for African-Americans was Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV). Byrd, who got into politics as a recruiter for the Ku Klux Klan, spoke against the bill for fourteen straight hours. Democrats still call Robert Byrd “the conscience of the Senate.”

In his speech, Senator Dirksen called on the Democrats to end their filibuster and accept racial equality.

Dixiecrats were big on Jim Crow 40-50 years ago, spunk-for-brains. What about NOW? What Jim Crow laws do Dems support NOW?

List 'em and supply proof.

That's right. If we can't get enough people to vote for Romney, we will simply "adjust" the Diebold, ES&S and Sequoia ballot machines to give us the answer we want. And the back up plan if something goes wrong with the machines is to have the USSC void the election and appoint Romney. They have voided our elections before and they would have no hesitation to do it again.

Now Now pookie, you loons were the supporters of Jim Crow and the plantation. Calling liberals dixiecrats is pure spin......your boy KKK Byrd was a recruter for the KKK and he was a liberal senator until he died two years ago. Of course we didn't know he died for a month, the liberals keep raising his arm for votes until he got smelly.

Brody File: Exclusive Obama Video: Calls Fetus a 'Potential Life'

A new video has surfaced and The Brody File has the exclusive. It shows Barack Obama talking about how the human fetus is a “potential life.”(As opposed to an actual life.)

He also goes on to say that the viability of that “potential life” is a “moving target.” He made these comments in 2004 at a small business event in Springfield, Ill.

Second of all, in the video Obama says how “a fetus is not just a collection of cells.” Well, if that’s the case, then it raises the question of why Barack Obama would come out AGAINST the 2007 Supreme Court ruling that upheld partial birth abortion. If you think there is some “potential life” growing inside a woman, then wouldn’t you be against partial birth abortion?

Well for heavens sakes, of course it is a potential life, it has to survive through Obama’s partial birth abortion approval that he voted for four times……..not counting surviving the streets of Chicago.

WHO REALLY IS BARRY OBAMA……..DOES ANYONE REALLY KNOW.

I'll take that as your concession that you lied about Dems currently supporting Jim Crow laws. That was outrageously dishonest even for you, though, so I'm not surprised you abandoned it in favor of childish slander of dead legislators.

It's the reTHUGlican way...:)
