What most white males do not understand is that Affirmative Action actually was put in place not as a quota system, but mainly as a vehicle to promote the process of applicants actually being interviewed for jobs that were never even offered to them.

Not just Blacks, but Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, and WHITE WOMEN.

So when you rail against AA, reccognize that you are saying the same thing about White Women that you are saying about blacks and other races.

You are not only sounding racist, you are also sounding SEXIST. The reason why is because you do not understand or cannot comprehend how widespread the practice of exclusion in the workplace has been.

There have been just as many lawsuits made against companies on behalf of white women as there has been by other minorities due to favorable hiring practices by white males.

There are far more black men who work and pay taxes vote and father children there are black men who do not.

There are far more black people who contribute to our way of life than there blacks who do not.
