I am not pro gun.

I am a strong supporter of the USA Constitution and guns are only a part of that.

I would not want a gun to defend without anything worth defending.

You make yourself look very small when you break down very important issues in to pro and anti.

Not quite, traitor:
"The Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall NOT be infringed".
That is an EXPRESS CONSTITUTIONAL PROHIBITION against ANY law being enacted by our state or federal governments.
Our hired servants have and are continuing to VIOLATE We The People's Constitution - the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, on an ONGOING basis. Which makes them DOMESTIC ENEMIES of We The People. And TRAITORS to the EXPRESS WILL OF THE PEOPLE. And since >you< are upholding it. It makes >you< a DOMESTIC ENEMY and TRAITOR as well.
You're a babbling idiot, and probably dangerous. Perhaps Homeland Security needs to check out your little local militia before someone gets hurt.

Your whole state is entirely NUTS, you mean. Personally, I'd love to cede it to Mexico, although it'd probably bring down their national IQ.

Obamaís defense budget reneges on base closure promise

During the campaign, Mr. Obama sang a different tune as he campaigned in the swing state of Virginia, with its array of Navy, Air Force and Army bases that employ thousands.

Well that sure DESTROYS the fallacy - "States with strict gun laws found to have fewer shooting deaths"
Doesn't it?
It wasn't a "fallacy" it was proven fact. As opposed to this bunkum from the extremist nutjobs at Front Page Magazine. Once again, those on the far right prove to have more interest in racist crap propaganda than in facts.

So, you repeat the same crapola, and think that's something new to the conversation?
It already WAS proven, did you read the article? They proved that the states with gun control laws had lower death rates from gun violence.
YES we have problems that lead to crime, and we've known for ages what they are--poverty, lack of jobs, lack of education, no opportunity...and it ALL exists because of the greed that's taken over our nation. The rich get richer, the poor get screwed. THAT is why crime is so high. The idea that just "lock 'em up" will fix the problem is idiocy, we already lock up far too many people and all it's done is make the problem worse.

And as for your racist bullshit that gang members are "Obama's base," it's a flat out lie. You neglect to mention that most of the VICTIMS are black.

We have a gang problem, and a gun problem. And one makes the other much worse. But the sick greed of the GOP (and too much of the Dems) means the problem's very unlikely to be seriously addressed. Maybe we'll wake up before it's too late.
