Law Enforcement Officials on Alert After Slaying of Kaufman District Attorney, Wife

Apr 1, 2013 | Posted by: Mr_Bill | Full story: www.nbcdfw.com

After one of his assistant prosecutors was gunned down in January, Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland carried a gun everywhere, even when walking the dog

.

He was extra careful when answering the door at his home outside of Forney, about 20 miles east of Dallas. And a neighbor said a sheriff's deputy was stationed outside the home for about a month after the killing.

Para-military prosecutors.
Judge Dredd for DA?

McLelland said he carried a gun everywhere around town, a bedroom community for the Dallas area. He figured assassins were more likely to try to attack him outside. He said he had warned all his employees to be constantly on the alert.

"The people in my line of work are going to have to get better at it," he said of dealing with the danger, "because they're going to need it more in the future."

This is an act of war if it is criminal gang associated with one country. Invade that country and exterminate all drug cartel members.

Or just the plain old death penalty for the "American" criminal that is obvisously very upset and afraid of criminal prosecutions at this point.

Authorities are fairly secure it was the Aryan Nation. It is neither paranoid, nor para-military for an officer of the court involved in cases with violent criminals to be aware of their circumstances.

It's the truth ! Guess it pissed ''the group'' off.
Keep our officials safe, but bring these despicable excuses for human beings down. By the law!! They think we dont know who they are. We know and we know women involved. Dont trust anyone!!
Lord, look after Brandi and keep her safe as she takes on the temporary job as DA for Kaufman Co.

Ok, agreed, but as we enter the age of Tactical EMT's, I just find the whole thing disheartening.

Guns are good for protection if there is time when confronted with a killer. But as in this case you can't predict when these kind of people strike. I would be sleeping in a bullet proof vest.

It aint gonna work out for the AB thug losers!!!!!! This will be solved.

Mr. Melland said it best scum of the earth. R.I.P.

I'm just not sure that it is the Aryan Brotherhood. IDK, maybe I'm way off here. There are alot of disgruntled ex employees in this county. Very 'disgruntled' as they are called.
Then I read they tested an ex justice of the peace for gun powder residue.. and he was clean. 4 days after the killings? Really? He may have took a shower or two.
Whatever is being investigated, you can bet they aren't telling us everything, and I dont blame them.
Question: aryan b and white supremicists are the same, but they deal with mexicans and whomever else out there and wear nazi tatoos. Why then do they call themselves that?

The fact is, law enforcement is as inept at protecting themselves as they are protecting the public they serve.

CC ... Would you have them hold a gun pointed at everyone they came into contact with? Brings me back to the thought that Mike knew who was at his door and didn't feel he needed to have his gun out and pointed. Again with Cynthia...why shoot her if she didn't know the killer? Just a thought. If that is the case, then the AB are posing as friends to kill and to most that is the lowest form of white sissy trash there is.
My thoughts..

There could be a reason this shooting took place and who was killed. Could it possibly be that anyone did something wrong in a trial or that something was covered up when it should have come out as evidence? There has to be a reason there particular people were the targets. The lady just happened to see the killer. Maybe the killer expected the husband to answer the door. Some one needs to look outside the box.

Human law enforcement is ineffective, period. A waste of money and often its own ineptitude and corruption leads to innocent people being incarcerated or killed purely out of convenience.

I doubt that any of those DA's did anything wrong. They were ''that good.'' If they did, it's no reason to kill them. Period !!
You can bet your ass that Mike opened his door to someone he knew. He would not have opened it to a stranger.
Oh wait, looky there....kaufman is shut down. Who was it that was prosecuting Eric Williams for stealing county funds while he was JP?!?
Guess !!!
