I didn't say there was anything wrong with being handicapped or albino but it isn't the norm. Ask any doctor. It's tough being wrong so much, huh?
You have no idea what a fool you are, have you? Get out of other people's underwear, and try to deal with your own clearly complex sexual problems.

I don't see the issue gay conversion therapy, so long as the patient consents to it. If we have gender reassignment therapy, then why not sexual orientation reassignment therapy?
You can't get much more ignorant than this, folks.
Justin wrote:
Even if the therapy has been proven not to be effective, that's still no reason to ban it.
I stand corrected.

I know of a therapy for idiots. It's proven ineffective and even harmful, just like gay conversion therapy. Every time they say or do something idiotic, the therapist bashes them in the skull with a baseball bat or other blunt instrument. Does it work? Not really... they usually die before any benefits could manifest... but that's no reason to ban it, right?

Liposuction, abortion, electroshock therapy, acupuncture, past life regression, trans-gender reassignment, what the hell ever:
The list can go on and on for medical and quasi-medical procedures and therapy that are controverial due to claims of risk, dubious benefit, and fraud. However, it's not only legal, but will soon be funded by your tax dollars via ObamaCare.

That's it, ObamaCare. Now I know why this specific issue has become front and center.

You could think of a tanning salon as offering "ethnic coversion therapy". It's dangerous, controversial, wrong headed, and even offensive to some. But it's still legal in New Jersey.

Unless, of course, Gov. Christie wants to sign a bill making it illegal. Go ahead, governor, at this point it won't hurt your chances for a presidential run.

Maybe not you in particular, but as a group, they're pushing as hard as they can push. You can't even disagree with ho:mos without being labeled a bigot and then them trying to damage someone's career because of it.
It's the same with any group though. You can't use derogatory words about many groups, blacks, Italians, Irish, Christians or Asians either, nor should anyone have to. But, those fights have and are still been fought and now it's the gays' turn to fight, because things are digressing for them. I don't remember as much hostility towards gays in the 80's or 90's as there is today. I don't agree with all groups, and some I wish would not exist, but it's not my world exclusively and if I expect respect, I have to give respect.
As far as damaging careers, I understand, only if people would just live and let live without disrespecting others, then they wouldn't have to worry about their careers. A lot of people weren't even given the chance for careers because of their skin color and religion. And a lot of gays have been fired from their jobs because they're gay. It's not right, but everyone has a stake in this.

Interesting that Christie vetoed legislation on Friday that would have banned .50-caliber rifles from the state, despite backing the same proposal just months ago.

And the threats from the gunhuggers:

New Hampshire gunhuggers have warned Christie that signing gun control bills passed by his state's Legislature could have consequences if he runs for president in 2016.

"If he decides to support these horrible bills, then we in New Hampshire are going to do everything we can to tell our voters not to vote for him in the New Hampshire primary,"

Guess even Christie kowtows to threats when his political career is on the line?

In New Jersey you CAN"T decide if you want your sick child to use marijuana.
In New Jersey you CAN"T decide what kind of therapy you want for your own child.
He ought to get togather with Nanny Bloomberg and decide what you can eat and drink. Oh, Nevermind! LOL
No, you don't have the right to abuse you own child, not physically nor psychologically.

And EVERY medical & psychological group says "gay conversion therapy" is both unnecessary and HARMFUL TO THE CHILD.

I have one very simple challenge to those opposed to the ban on conversion directed therapies for minors. Find me a published study which provides any evidence whatsoever, that any of these conversion therapies are in any way, shape, or form, remotely effective, safe or warranted in children.

You wouldn't even know I'm gay if you saw me in the grocery store. I go about my business, I happen to spend my days searching for a job because my company had a layoff. I don't spend my time in bathrooms and bathhouses, like some of you people think.
My Gaydar works very well and I would spot you. I would look for a man with a limp wrist prance/sashay down the aisle for starters. Other indicators: talk to you and if you respond back"hun", "babe", "sister", "girlfriend". I'd play techno music and see if you start dancing with your hands over your head. See if you have Acidophilus milk or lube in your basket. If it was Halloween and you were dressed as a pirate...dead give away.
I see you do not go to bathrooms or bathhouses for random hookups. I presume truck stops and parks are your preferred meeting places?

Problem is most insurance companies never paid for this. It was never covered.

And since it is proven to be a hoax, it WON'T be covered.

But keep spewing your vitriol. It's nice for the rest of us to know where the smell of sh*t is coming from.

Must be great being your child knowing that you think of them as objects and possessions rather than people. Says a lot about your parents as well.

I just love trolls who are so stupid they actually vote your post off topic!

These people think Christie wants THEM to vote for him! Highly doubtful. He's seeing the impotence of the Tea Party and the traditional Republican religious right base.
