A top animal control officer outside of Los Angeles has resigned as he faces charges in the drowning of nearly 50 kittens.

asimple solution to this problem with animals being starved, mistreated or euthanised or in this case tortured is to be a responsible pet owner and have ur animals spayed or neutered...then hang this psycho upside down by his toenails in a cage with a tiger in the zoo...that would be appropriate justice for him....LOSER...
