President Trump's nominee to the high court, Justice Neil Gorsuch, joined the liberal majority's 5-4 opinion in deciding that the law passed by Congress failed to define what would qualify as a violent crime. The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a law subjecting immigrants to deportation for crimes of violence is unconstitutionally vague, handing the Trump administration an early defeat.

And the irony is he picked the man and has no one to blame but himself. He won't let it go as he should because Gorsuch will side with the conservatives on most issues.

The main problem with Trump.

He has never learned to not let the negative critisim affect him and more importantly
not let other see how it affect him. Politicians have to learn to let it go and not let negative critisim bother them or effect there decision making process especially in public. Yet some do.

Trump on the other hand wears his emotion on the outside and will become unglue to the point that he has to get even or stoop to the level of name calling in public which ultimately will get him in trouble.

Stick and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt you.

Ya think?
So, tell us, who drafted the bill, what Congress passed it, and what president signed into law the section of immigration law that the SCOTUS ruled was unconstitutionally vague?
From the SCOTUS decision:
"The decision does not, however, interfere with the government's ability to deport people who are convicted of clearly violent crimes, including murder and rape, as well as drug trafficking and other serious offenses. The ruling is limited to a category of crimes that carry a prison term of more than a year, but do not otherwise comfortably fit in a long list of "aggravated felonies" that can lead to deportation."

So, please tell us, how is it that Trumplestilskin was smacked down?
Did you make the same accusation against Obama when he tried to deport someone for a similar offense? I'm betting you didn't make a peep about it.

As I read this, it's not about illegal aliens, just legitimate immigrants.

What a lie, but then you do confuse the congress with the President considering Obama thought he was both.

This Supreme Court order isn't surprising given the Orange Buffoon has NO Understanding or respect for Constitutional protections. Trump has zero decisions or victories before the Court since acquiring Vladimir Putin's elevation to the Oval Office.

Immigration officials relied on a section of immigration law that lists crimes that make people eligible for deportation.

The category in which:

"That, by its very nature, involves a substantial risk that physical force...may be used in the course of committing the offense."

Immigration judges would have allowed non-violent immigrants to be deported, but the federal appeals court in San Francisco struck down the provision as unconstitutionally vague. The Supreme Court affirmed that ruling Tuesday.

The Trump administration was trying to exceed their authority.

Trump was trying to stretch the limits of the law and of course again rejected.

That's ZERO for every apparence before the Court. The Orange Yak Fur hair piece wearing Buffoon can't find the boundaries of his limitations. But that's alright he's learning.

Actually Trump only wants immigrants to work at his clubs.

For example, Trump makes sure that he cannot find American Citizens to apply to his jobs at his Mar-A-Lago resort. His club Human Resources Department runs tiny print ads in an obscure publication with no clear address to send a resume. Then when he doesn’t get any applicants, he files for permission to hire immigrants.

So, yep, he goes about it legally, but unethically, Trump is denying Americans an opportunity to apply to work at his clubs. Interesting.

Why doesn’t Trump want any of his base of supporters to work at his clubs? He could deal himself a very big hand in positive public relations if he sent his club personnel director to West Virginia, Ohio, or Pennsylvania and actively recruited housekeeping staff for his clubs. Wonder why he doesn’t?

But as usual Trump says one thing and does completely the opposite.

Trump only wants winning and getting rich for his elite groups of friends. Maybe he wants immigrants who probably have limited English skills to protect his secrets at his Winter White House?

But this seems to be another ding in the National Security of our country when our president surrounds himself with immigrants at a location he spends so much time during his presidency.

If Obama had done this ...

Because you aren't cognizant of how the case got to the Supreme Court doesn't indicate that it's lying.

You're offer offering I'll conceived opinions on federal court spankings of the Buffoon's challenges of the Constitution's protections you have zero experience or understanding about.

That's reflective of you being poorly educated.

Trump definitely takes the side of his Puppet Master

Perhaps, Trump and Putin are brothers separated at birth.

Whatever, rewarding Putin's international criminal behavior sends a horrible message and further weakens the United States in the eyes of America's adversaries and allies alike.

In the age of President Trump and voter suppression, states must expand, not just protect, voting rights.

State House elections are as critical as that of the US Congress.

Heavy turnout negates Republican voter suppression and gerrymandered districts.

Register someone to vote.
