It's "toe the line" Einstein .
It's an expression, not a philosophical concept open to your personal interpretation.
Also, without a base # of population, how the heck are you going to get unemployment #'s?
Just making shyt up may work for both your politics and your ethos, but math is math man.
Give a hoot
Read a book.
Stay in school. They will teach you about percentages sooner or later. Maybe a little later for those of you that take the short bus. you may even learn to rhyme.

Tell ya what, Cleetus.
I'll stay if you agree to go in the 1st place.
I'll show you around, introduce you to the faculty & the cool kids.
It'll be a little scary, 1st trip out of the basement and all, but trust me, most everyone's nice.
You will be exposed to a lot of concepts that don't get much play on the low end of the AM radio dial, e.g. alliteration, common expressions, basic math and (much later) statistics.
Overwhelming for sure, but as you can obviously grasp typing and the inter-web, I think you'll do just fine.
Hang in there!

If Republicans want to make changes it is time they looked at the younger, smarter, not so jaded group. I nominate Rep Kinzinger from Illinois who called Hillary out about her lying about Benghazi. He is a refreshing change from the McCain types we have no respect for as they become more, and more Democrat like.
The Republicans had their chances to change with Perot, Buchanan and Paul but the party didn't want any changes. The media and the big money machine decides who gets elected in this country and as long as it's like that, we'll never have good representation.

You do know we have elections every 2 years right? That is when we make corrections in any mistakes we made in the past. Each election is different. So we will see many new faces next January when the new election cycle starts. Democrats don't win every election. President Obama is not Idi Amin, President for life. In fact he will soon be retired, and a new President will take charge. And then you can make fun of him if he stops all the freebies. Or makes everyone pay taxes, no exceptions. And even if Joe Biden wins he won't be horrible. He will be fun to knock around on the net. But at any rate Obama will be gone to play golf, and follow Billy Clinton into oblivion.
