Evidence of what?

Contrary to your assertation that atheism is simply disbelief I submit to you this forum LOL.

Your loon friends are going to love Islam.
I honestly don't understand what you are getting at here. Do you feel the Muslims are going to take over?

If you are going to play purposefully obtuse with basic points covered since 2009 that's your choice. In the interim I'll just point and laugh at the forum of nothing that fights tooth and nail against a God they don't believe in. Seems whacko to me. I think I'll stay and see how long this farce will continue.

What is the contradiction? Unbelievable. Oh, any rational freethinker gets that. The forum is prima facie evidence.

Another day of ineptitude from the antitheists.*Note to lurkers* They have gone almost four years without giving one accountable position they are willing to debate. Four years without an example of evidence that meets their criteria for evidence. These are angry agenda driven folks that don't give a damn about the evidence.
If you want to subject yourself to this farce by all means see for yourself. Antitheists you could also just cut and paste one of the 69,350 posts to show otherwise.
Stump an antitheist! Ask them what they believe. True
science that is repeatable and observable.

Okay dimbulb here's your chance to be a hero!

Provide evidence that your God is the only true God in a way that religions other than yours cannot do.

Provide evidence that your holy book is true in a way that religions other than yours cannot do with theirs.

Until this time, and it will be an eternity - you are only one of many religious cult members - each claiming more or less the same immortality or enlightenment as others.

We do appreciate you sharing your mythology.

Bob I'm ashamed you!
You should know we out number the Individual branches and denominations of all cults!
You can look at the number for Islam but we're talking degrees of Islam here Sunni versus Shiiite.
So in the larger picture we are ahead... albeit lumped together with many different names, which I prefer to describe as 'the irreligious'.
I see it as progress.

And I "blame" the interwebs as much as anything.

The theory of crowd-sourcing is that with a large enough pool of people to draw on, most information tends to be reasonably accurate.

If you filter out the fact that the religious are typically too stupid to utilize technology very well?(religion requires ignorance, which is anti-technology)

Then the internet is skewed towards the non-religious for the most part.

With that skew, and with the crowd-source theory going? The majority of the internet is reasonably free from bullshyt.

Meaning? It's more or less not religious.

And that is a powerful tool to convince the rising generations that religion simply doesn't have any useful function any longer.

So more and more folk aren't religious-- and grow up free from the ravages of brain-damage(faith).

This is a good thing-- progress.

bob, id encourage you to read the list once more.
I did.

If you consider that within "christian/cat'lick" there are MORE THAN 45,000 DIFFERENT BRANDS?

It's even MORE dramatic!

Because there would not BE so many brands, unless there were NO GODS BEHIND ANY.

Why?

Because of this: Assume that ONE (1) brand of "christian" has a REAL god behind it.

What would the results be?

Since that brand would *literally* be guided and supported by .. a frikkin GOD?

That brand would quickly overwhelm the other brands-- absorbing the nearest ones quickly, as they could not compete--not having a god for support.

Within a very short time? There would be only ONE (1) brand left-- the one with the REAL GOD behind it.

All the others, having been absorbed or disbanded for want of members.

Is this the case?

No?

Interesting.... I'll let YOU figure out the consequences...

It does not bother us.

Except: that you BIGOTS keep passing BIGOT-LAWS because of your ugly, hate-cult.

For example: under purely SECULAR law? Gays would have the same rights to marry, have kids, etc, as anyone else-- there wouldn't even be a distinction.

But NOT under you BIGOTS.

Another example: contraceptives would be cheap and easy to get-- vending machines in every high school, for example. Sex would NOT be seen as "dirty"-- but strong prohibitions to NOT pass on STD's would exist instead-- and free medical clinics--no questions asked-- for anyone needing help with an STD.

But NOT under you BIGOTS-- you think sex is "icky" or something. Or worse: you people condone Preachers/Priests to diddle LITTLE KIDS, and GET AWAY WITH IT TOO. Ugg.

Another example: under SECULAR society, women and men would just be people and people-- no need for arbitrary distinctions. At all.

But NOT under you BIGOTS-- you think women are somehow "second class" and should "be submissive to their husbands" and other bullsht.

So yeah...

.... YOU BOTHER US.

A LOT.

It's a mental disease. The god-virus is strong in that one.

It has eaten nearly all of his brains, too...

.... kind of like a virtual zombie.... now that I think of it.

i think the idea that God only supports one denomination is off somewhat. its kinda like the fda approving different meds with the same result. the idea is that humans tend to emphasize ideas that they hold dear, while still staying within a christian framework. so its only natural that we would have branching off in something that can be really complex. if God only cares about salvation through christ, all the denominations that claim that have Gods support. the rest is just superficial. i think we place to much emphasis on that and start to create false delemas when it really isnt the case.
