So...not one gun will disappear from private hands...in fact, so many more are buying guns everyday. Look at Maryland.
There are many gun gnutters with very small penises.

Look at Alaska.

again you left out some pertinent info...douche bag...
More than 10,000 bills will be considered by each Congress. About 4% will become law. Which bills should we focus on?
Congressmen and senators, their staff, and lobbyists all know what bills are important because they have the institutional knowledge of what makes a bill important. The prognosis highlights the factors that make a bill successful.
The prognosis scores can be found on the pages for bills throughout the site.
BUSTED... and by the way, the bill was submitted by a democrat....
I didn't leave out a damn thing, moron. It wasn't MY post. You are dumber than a bag of hammers. You wouldn't be Barefool's twin brother would ya?

Right: you don't know who you are selling guns to and you don't care.

You know the room is full of them... but heck... they have cash.

"Which bills should we focus on?"

Try the ones that are targeting the problem areas with real fixes and not those that are political grand standing or ones that are "feel good" legislation.

"Congressmen and senators, their staff, and lobbyists all know what bills are important because they have the institutional knowledge of what makes a bill important."

Wow...with all that knowledge, you would think they would have a better success rate than 4%.

"BUSTED..."

Deflated...

"...and by the way, the bill was submitted by a democrat..."

Still having difficulty with that reading AND comprehending thing I see. What I linked was an "Amendment" submited by a republican.

Furthermore dip$hit, amendment #730 WASN'T the amendment I linked too...STILL having difficulty reading AND comprehending.

Mine was #725 and was rejected

Question: On the Amendment S.Amdt. 725 to S. 649 (Safe Communities, Safe Schools Act of2013)

Amendment purpose: To address gun violence, improve the availability of records to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, address mental illness in the criminal justice system, and end straw purchases and trafficking of illegal firearms, and for other purposes.

Keep trying thou...sooner or later you're bound to get something right.

Ignorant, "frustrated control freak" must be geting desperate.

The plight of the poor in our Land of Plenty is so dramatic that even the Republican leaders of the U.S. House have started to notice them and are reaching out with the back of their hands. They are not offering a helping hand but a cold, hard slap in the face. In a gratuitous act of political pettiness and human callousness, the GOP slashed $4 billion-a-year out of the food stamp program. Well, they explained, the food stamp subsidy just keeps expanding, despite the recovery our economy is enjoying, so we have to stop the excess. Apparently these congress critters have stopped visiting reality altogether. Reality tells us the program has expanded only because all of the "recovery" benefits went to the privileged few at the top, with those at the ground level losing income, thus having to reach desperately for food stamps as a life preserver. In fact, the program lifted about four million Americans above the poverty level last year and kept millions more from sinking deeper into destitution. It's a safety net that's been working exactly as it's supposed to — shy is it that GOPer ideologues don't want government programs that work. Please, let’s stop pretending like the Republicans are "boneheads". Boneheads don't steal the wealth of the middle class and get away with it – they got away with it because the Democrats let them get away.
