Just give us our free healthcare and be done with it. We have people suffering in the street with cancer, desease, un-planned pregnancy, that can't get help. The time to step up to the plate and help americans of all walks of life not just the rich ones!

You use FOXPEAK to refer to our President Obama.
Of course, you just aer repeating your ignorant FOXLIES

Our President, Barak Obama, had not made any ""...silly and inaccurate comments about the supreme court and the constitution...."
That is pure bullshit, or maybe even pigshit.

But I suspect now that you might have him confused in your mind with Newt Gingrich, who has done just that.

T my mind, none of his GOP rivals have objected to Newt's stand a"as a historian." (that's a laugh, except if Newt considers himself a bootie historian.)

So, Obama is Rubber, the GOP field is glue. What you said bounces of Obama and sticks to mostly Newt & Mitt.

There isn't anyone suffering in the streets. You must be a brainwashed liberal loon to believe the crap that the radical left has been spoon feeding you. There is NOT one person in the U.S. that has ever suffered from lack of health care in this country inculding illegals.Unplanned pregancy?,try using birth control or keeping your legs shut.It isn't up to me to pay for your night of getting your jolly's off. There are 1000's of places where anyone can get FREE healthcare.Go spew your leftwing B/S someplace where you might be believed,Troll.

Former Obama Law Student Speaks Out...

My Professor, My Judge, and the Doctrine of Judicial Review

By Thom Lambert

Imagine if you picked up your morning paper to read that one of your astronomy professors had publicly questioned whether the earth, in fact, revolves around the sun. Or suppose that one of your economics professors was quoted as saying that consumers would purchase more gasoline if the price would simply rise. Or maybe your high school math teacher was publicly insisting that 2 + 2 = 5. You’d be a little embarrassed, right? You’d worry that your colleagues and friends might begin to question your astronomical, economic, or mathematical literacy.

Now you know how I felt this morning when I read in the Wall Street Journal that my own constitutional law professor had stated that it would be “an unprecedented, extraordinary step” for the Supreme Court to “overturn[] a law [i.e., the Affordable Care Act] that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.” Putting aside the “strong majority” nonsense (the deeply unpopular Affordable Care Act got through the Senate with the minimum number of votes needed to survive a filibuster and passed 219-212 in the House), saying that it would be “unprecedented” and “extraordinary” for the Supreme Court to strike down a law that violates the Constitution is like saying that Kansas City is the capital of Kansas. Thus, a Wall Street Journal editorial queried this about the President who “famously taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago”:“[D]id he somehow not teach the historic case of Marbury v. Madison?”

ok, then let's just call what he said a lie, which it is. he called a supreme court move of striking down the mandate:

“an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.”

yet the court began its review of the constitutionality of laws in 1805 in marbury v. madison. since 1981, the court has struck down specific laws 57 times. it is neither unprecedented, nor extraordinary.

any by the way, obamacare passed in the house of representatives 219 to 212. would not call that a strong majority.

Hey! Congrats!
You fixed your broken CAPS Key; or you took your meds, which?
Wherever do you get the idea that the President cannot comment on a case under consideration by the Supreme Court?
You get the "F." You and FOXLIES.
This "supreme Court" has so politicized their misconstuction of our Constitution that this additional layer of damage by GW Bush & his dad will take a large fraction f a century to repair.
Not unlike GW Bush's damage to our economy.
The US President can say whatever he wishes, whenever he wishes, about EVERYTHING.
He must follow the decisions of the Supreme Court.
Really now. Are you (collective nut jobs) taking law lessons from Rupert Murdoch?
The Dictator Obama has said anything and everything he's wanted to, and he's done everthing to throw America to gutter. The Muslim in him hates America. You have to be anti-American to like him.

Jimbo, when you get your news from Rupert Murdoch, you are being fed pig swill. You are familiasr with pig swill?

When you digest your FOX-POST-WSJ swill and post this, it is like what comes out of the pig at the other end.

I won't even go further than to observe that FOXLIES is entertainment foe dummies.

So don't be a dummy.

it is telling that you do not address any of the issues, but talk about pig crap. could that be that you have no substantive response? the community organizer has no record to run on, so he resorts to "class warfare" and "mean judges". good luck with that...

I heard that for the first time the supreme court vote got leaked, that Kagan told Obama that the court voted against Obamacare and that is why he is criticizing the court, he knows he already lost so there it nothing to loose talking bad about them.

I just don't see anything but partisan sniping.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aries

Keep a firm grip on your money today to avoid anyone else getting their mitts on it. If you're out in public you should keep your wallet or bag clamped to your side, just in case it goes walkabout. You should also make sure you check any bills and invoices that you're given, in case they contain a mistake. It's a day when errors and deceptions are highly likely.
