NRA taking heat for 'repugnant, cowardly' ad

There are 15 comments on the www.necn.com story from Jan 17, 2013, titled NRA taking heat for 'repugnant, cowardly' ad. In it, www.necn.com reports that:

President Barack Obama calls it "difficult." The NRA calls it the "fight of the century." And now, the White House is planning a campaign-style tour to drum up public support for the President's gun control efforts, including a ban on assault weapons. The Associated Press reports 84-percent of Americans want tougher background checks. That's part of what President Obama's pitching, as he takes on the NRA.

Benghazi was repugnant and cowardly on Obama's part. Even the attempted cover up was sickening.

If the GOP were a person, it would be time for the police to come and take away his guns.

Aw, the NRA stepped on his donk, and he doesn't like it...

Our ship of state is on fire with 16.5 TRILLION $
debt with 4 BILLION added each and every day, and he wants to campaign for support for his illegal gun grab.

The Republicans had hoped that Benghazi would have been the magic stain on the dress for Obama. Now everytime they mention the name of the city it backfires on them.

Why? People refuse to believe how fkked up BOTH parties are? I don't see why Obama's FAIL should reflect negatively on the repubs though. This is all distraction, Obama's new "Blame Bush" tactic now that "Blame Bush" is even wearing thin against the liberetards who thought it was truth all these years.

These Dems are sealing their fate for a momentous backlash when finally, Obama has to stand accountable for HIS OWN disastrous 8 years. What will the liberetards claim next? They need another 8 years of Obama to fix "Bush"?

...Because the root problem, the cutting of funding for security forces, for US Embassy protection, is the work of their VP candidate, PAUL RYAN.

Not a grab at all, but just registration/control. When you base your argument on lies, it has no foundation.

And the TRILLIONS and BILLIONS you mention is us paying the piper for the abuse done by the GW Bush administrations failure to regulate.

"Are the President's kids more important than yours?"

Good question!

All children need to be protected while they are in school.

The focus should be on PROTECTING our children, rather than focussing on gun control.

Those wanting to cause mischief, WILL get their hands on what they need no matter what new laws get written.

Our children need to have protection AT their schools. They are as important as anyone elses children (including the President's kids).

National registration is a precursor to a gun grab, as it happened in the USSR, Nazi Germany, Italy, China, Cuba, N. Korea et al. Despots of a feather run together. And this red diaper baby, has a good backround in Marxist philosophy -- thanks to his parents, early mentor, Frank Marshal Davis and Saul Alinsky...

Furthermore, the amateur-in-chief has run-up over five TRILLION on his watch. Blame Boosh doesn't wash any longer. O'Bysmal owns this economy -- Wise-up and turn off his 'pravda' media!

When I see a nut-job dragging out Saul Alinsky, or trying to evade responsibility for bush's rape off the US Treasury and trashing of our economy; I know you are a robot-nutjob.

Paranoid lies. You Think we are a totalitarian governmernt? You are too crazy to have a butter knife.

Look under your bed, there is a crocodile waiting to bite off your feet.

But the threat we all fear is what just happened in Connecticut, and it happened out in Amish country in 2006, which everyone seems to have forrgotten.

And what happened is a nut with an assault gun.

We need to protect our children, yes. And the protection should be paid for by taxing ammunition and gun registration.
We need to protect them against GUNS, not cars or hammers.

I've seen more Marxist in this venue then I saw in East Germany. Sad thing is, most of them don't know it - they think their Democrats....<wink>
