Financial advisors warned at the time that a home is not an investment but a high maintenance liability with lots of hidden costs and hidden risks. The liberals even sued mortgage companies claiming that they discriminated against blacks and that blacks' bad credit records were not justification for turning down black mortgage applicants. Where are these dumb liberals now? Probably giving economic advice to obama.

Why is every problem in the world Bush's fault? How does he effect Delaware schools? And when did it become the presidents job to keep teachers in other states employed? I thought the presidents job was to defend the constitution, be commander in chief to the military and pick supreme court justices. You might want to look to your own state or community for the cause of your problems.
