But according to the NRA that nutjob survivalist wacko has every right to own whatever weapons he wants.
No background checks needed to by a tactical nuke!
Wooohooo!!!
How can you say it's the NRA's fault this happened. The NRA is very adamant about background checks that's no secret. You obviously don't believe in that saying since you purchased firearms without one. By the way it's funny how an assault weapons ban of a few suddenly turned into 157. Pretty soon they'll want you to turn in your butter knives.

I have over a dozen guns and never went through a background check to legally buy any of them.
So you own firearms illegally. That means you're part of the problem. Thanks for dragging the law abiding down.

So you do realize that in this piece of crap Feinstein law, that if any of your firearms have any type of military characteristic or any feature that could be perceived as a military characteristic, the government can legally take it away from you.

So, you may have purchased it legally, you may use recreationally and have never committed a crime with it, but, the government says no you cannot have it. You have to turn it in.

That is just a little clause they threw in there. After they listed all of the firearms they are going to ban.

Oops, how did that clause get in there?

I'm sorry we the sheeple, you said you obtained your firearms legally with no background check. I understand that but if you're so against it why did you go along with it?

Someone tell the police to get a close family relative to the Dykes guy holding the child hostage and use the family member to try and talk the guy to give the child up. I sure hope someone has thought of this by now, Godspeed.

No surprise that a moron like you doesn't recognize a joke when he reads it, au Spambot. Humorless righties are as common as humorless Communists. Political correctness is your religion, and no jokes are allowed.

I followed the law.

When we get mandatory background checks for all gun purchases, I'll gladly follow that law as well.

You say that, however, it is how the law is written. All the government has to say is: That has a military characteristic.

Even though in your words it does not, they may change that.

And that is the problem. It leaves the determination up to the government. It is solely their descretion.

Harvey, with your intelect about the second ammendment and trying to understand why the founding fathers put it in and worded it as they did is moronis. I suggest you look at Wounded Knee, or even farther back when the indians had bows and arrows and the government had cannon and gatlin guns. I bet the indians wished the constitution would have protected them then. Remember the same government that robbed your social security and took us off the gold standard is telling you; HELLO, I'M FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND I'M HERE TO HELP. PS. There ain't no Santa Claus.

They can change whatever they want, but I don't own guns with military characteristics so I'm not worried.
