More importantly why do those who support this program oppose vouchers? Both are taxpayer funds.

The problem is not the funding of childhood programs. The problem is the predominant abuse amounting to cultist religious doctrine of sexual maladjustment, perversion, confusion and race hatred the Leftists have put into the programs.

Call it whatever you want, but everyone knows it's just government funded babysitting. It's sad that some children have to start school at three years old because both parents have to work to survive.

"provide for......general welfare"

Yep, I'm pretty certain there were some awfully good reasons that was in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the Constitution

Yes and publicly funded babysitting was not one of them.

You should really learn to read.

welfare:

1 The health, happiness, and fortunes of a person or group.

2 Statutory procedure or social effort designed to promote the basic physical and material well-being of people in need

Just because you wish to make up your own definitions (people like you were made obsolete in 1604 when Robert Cawdrey published the first dictionary
Thats a fact

Ahh...another illiterate Trumpflake

"basic" find a 2nd or 3rd grader, you know, someone above your reading level and have them read the definitions of "welfare" to you. They might need to draw pictures in your case.

Hey, do you know what a flock of a-holes is called?

I was on "welfare" for awhile and fell into a rut where it was easy to sit on my ass and collect benefits... i did that for 10 years.. ive since got a job and moved on, however all my local lowlife friends are still collecting and have no plans of changing, a large portion of them are spanish. I can tell you first hand that "welfare" gave me way to much and required me to do zero work. For every 5 people in dk that are on food stamps, only 1-2 actually need it or deserve it.. truth is they dont want to work so to keep there benefits they sell drugs at the same time as claiming food stamps and medecaid and section 8. Between food stamps, section 8, medecaid, heap, and chric, I had everything I ever needed to sit on my ass, if I didnt find a job that pays better id still be doing that. FIX THIS BS.. it didnt help me, it made things worse.
