The six ways homosexual activists manipulate public opinion

May 31, 2012 - Anyone who is concerned about the influence of the homosexual agenda on reshaping traditional values must become intimately familiar with the major tactics that homophiles commonly employ in order to anticipate them and respond in charity and truth. Homophile strategists are very adept at manipulating public opinion with an arsenal of six tactics that are based upon deceptions and half-truths:

Exploit the “victim” status;
Use the sympathetic media;
Confuse and neutralize the churches;
Slander and stereotype Christians;
Bait and switch (hide their true nature); and
Intimidation.

One reason these tactics have worked so well is that homophile activists have succeeded in marketing a harmless and friendly image of their movement. They have lulled people into thinking that the wider society will not be adversely affected by their radical social agenda. Homosexual strategists have, in many cases, toned down their extreme rhetoric and have cloaked their agenda in soothing language. Over time, however, many have begun to think of themselves and others as “homophobes” or “haters” if they oppose any aspect of the homosexual rights agenda — or, incredibly, even if they question it in their own minds.

Generals and attorneys often wish that their opponents would write a book. Interestingly, leaders of the “homosexual rights” movement did exactly that. Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen clearly laid out this agenda in the marching orders of the movement, After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear & Hatred of Gays in the 90s.[1] This volume is an absolute treasure chest of information for those pro-family stalwarts who are actively engaged against the homosexual rights agenda.

By far the most popular homophile tactic is the claim to victim status, which is a very powerful, almost paralyzing, weapon that gives them a distinct advantage in the public square. Kirk and Madsen summarize the potent effectiveness of the victim status:

In any campaign to win over the public, gays must be portrayed as victims in need of protection so that straights will be inclined by reflex to adopt the role of protector.… The purpose of victim imagery is to make straights feel very uncomfortable; that is, to jam with shame the self-righteous pride that would ordinarily accompany and reward their antigay belligerence, and to lay groundwork for the process of conversion by helping straights identify with gays and sympathize with their underdog status.… the public should be persuaded that gays are victims of circumstance, that they no more chose their sexual orientation than they did, say, their height, skin color, talents, or limitations.… gays should be portrayed as victims of prejudice.

Does this sound familiar? It does if one pays attention to any mainstream media coverage of these controversial issues as they play out in law and society. But the victim status requires a story to back it up. Thus, perhaps the most common lament of the garden-variety homophile revolves around the alleged “tidal wave of anti-gay” hate crimes.

An analysis of FBI statistics on hate crimes committed against homosexuals during the time period 2000-2008 shows that the probability of any individual homosexual being the victim of a hate crime during his or her entire life span is slightly more than one percent.[2] Interestingly,“gays” are more likely to commit hate crimes against “straights” than “straights” are to commit hate crimes against “gays.” According to the FBI, there are 3.98 hate crimes committed by each million heterosexuals annually against homosexuals, and there are 4.44 hate crimes committed by each million homosexuals annually against heterosexuals.[3]

Violence against homosexuals by others gets all the press, but it is interesting to note that the great majority of anti-”gay” violence is committed by other “gays.” The National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP) is the leading tracker of violence against “gays” in the United States. According to the NCAVP’s statistics on anti-”gay” violence, 83 percent of all violence committed against “gays” is carried out by other “gays” in domestic situations. This does not even count “gay-on-gay” violence committed outside the home.[4]

This confusion is now pervasive in society, and questioning the agenda is simply not to be tolerated – especially among America’s youth.

For example, the classical notion that universities should be “arenas for the free exchange of ideas” has been completely discarded in the United States. More than three-fourths of U.S. colleges and universities now possess codes of conduct that ban behavior and speech based upon, including many other things,“homophobia.” The danger that these codes represent to academic freedom far outweighs their usefulness. This has already been amply demonstrated, as many colleges have severely punished students for merely desiring to debate the topic of homosexuality.

The squashing of dissenting views on homosexuality in the classroom has been going on for decades now. In 1991, a student at the University of Michigan announced his intention to establish a counseling program to help homosexuals leave their lifestyle. He was dragged before a panel of university administrators, unanimously found guilty of “sexual harassment,” and was thrown out of the university.[5] In 2000, the Student Judiciary of Tufts University voted officially to “derecognize” the Tufts Christian Fellowship (TCF) club for taking into account, for purposes of selecting leaders, the beliefs of a member whose views of Scripture and homosexuality were opposed to their own.[6] The TCF was stripped of funding, not permitted to use the Tufts name, not permitted to meet in any room that required a reservation, and not allowed to advertise or announce any of their events or meetings. In 2011, a Fort Worth, Texas high school student was suspended from school for reportedly saying,“I’m a Christian, and I don’t think being gay is right,” during a class discussion.[7] And teachers don’t have it any easier. In 2010 a professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign was accused of “hate speech” and relieved of his teaching duties for teaching Catholic doctrine on homosexuality in his Introduction to Catholicism class.[8]

Political science professor Jean Betheke Elshtain, while highlighting the dangers presented by codes against racism, also points out the difficulties associated with all punitive codes of this nature:“My hunch is that, over the long haul, the upshot of such endeavors [college speech codes] will not be a purified, racist-free, collective student consciousness, but a simmering backlog of resentment at being labeled as a racist, even if one has never committed a racist act or uttered a racist slur.”[9]

No one should attempt to deny homosexuals their basic human rights; which are the same basic rights that we all have as being sons and daughters of God. But it has gotten to the point where we have to fight to preserve our own basic rights — the rights to free speech, religion, assembly, and teaching our own children our values – in order to protect our own families and institutions.

Those who promote homosexuality are forcibly tearing away more and more of the rights of Christians, and the situation is rapidly deteriorating. Who could have possibly imagined just a few years ago that companies would start firing people for writing pro-family articles on their own time, or business owners would be sued for refusing to participate in homosexual union ceremonies?

2012 List of TV networks which most promote homosexuality
Tags: gay, homosexuality, television
August 4, 2012 - The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has released its new listing of TV networks rated according to “quantity, quality, and diversity” of pro-homosexual propaganda shown during primetime programming.
“Primetime programming on the five broadcast networks was evaluated as well as original primetime programming on 10 major cable networks,” says GLAAD in introducing their latest “Network Responsibility Index.”
According to the report, The CW network leads the five major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, The CW, FOX, and NBC) in primetime programming hours containing either homosexual characters or the discussion of homosexuality, with 33% of its primetime programming hours being “LGBT-inclusive.” Fox came in second at 29%, and both networks received a “Good” rating from the homosexual group.
ABC got third place in terms of its percentage of LGBT-inclusive programming hours (23%). However, ABC received a “Good” rating because of the “strong quality of its LGBT images, and the network broadcast the greatest total number of LGBT-inclusive hours (253),” GLAAD reported.
NBC followed ABC though the homosexual group noted a slight increase in NBC’s LGBT-inclusive programming.
CBS remained in last place with 10% LGBT-inclusive hours of primetime programming. The homosexual group noted that,“after receiving their second “Failing” score in a row last year, however, CBS improved enough to receive an “Adequate” score this year.”
Of the cable networks, homosexual activists were most enthusiastic about ABC Family, which they said was “the second network in the NRI’s history to earn an “Excellent” rating from GLAAD. Of its 103 hours of original primetime programming, 55% included LGBT-inclusive images which also reflected the ethnic and racial diversity of the LGBT community. It is notable that both ABC Family and MTV, which in 2010 received the first-ever “Excellent” rating from GLAAD, are both youth-oriented networks.”
The other cable networks that received a “Good” rating for “quantity and quality of their LGBT-inclusive original programming” were Showtime (37%), TNT (33%), HBO (31%), Lifetime (31%), AMC (29%), and Syfy (22%)
“USA increased their LGBT-inclusive hours from 4% to 18%, which improved their score from “Failing” to “Adequate,” GLAAD reported.
The only two cable networks that “Failed” were A&E and TBS with 5%“LGBT-inclusive images” in their programming. However, the group noted that,“Those numbers are a slight improvement over the 2% and 1% they respectively posted in last year’s NRI.”
The Parents Television Council (PTC), an education organization advocating responsible entertainment with more than 1.3 million members across the United States, says that individuals who contact network executives, along with advertisers, have a huge impact on television programming.
PTC encourages viewers who are concerned about anti-family programming, or who wish to compliment a network on tasteful and family-friendly programming, to express their opinion to key decision-makers.
“The default setting for broadcast television used to be family-oriented, while those desiring edgier, more explicit fare were free to seek it out. Today’s prime time television programming has become almost uniformly unsuitable for families, and often directly hostile to their values, making it very difficult for parents to shield their children and seek out alternative entertainment,” PTC points out.
The PTC website contains contact information for all US broadcast and cable networks and their affiliates, which concerned individuals can use to make their views known.
“Decide which network and prime time show(s) you wish to comment on ... Then take action! Write a short note, call, or send an e-mail. Every telephone call, letter, and e-mail really does make a difference!” the PTC urges.

Taxpayers to pay $3 million to promote worldwide homosexual advocacy, Lady Gaga concerts

WASHINGTON, D.C.– As part of a worldwide campaign to promote global acceptance of homosexuality, the Obama administration has established a $3 million “Global Equality Fund” to fund homosexual political “advocacy” around the world at taxpayer expense. State Department guidelines suggest this could include everything from funding foreign political activists to campaign against legislation that defines marriage as a union between one man and one women, to hosting gay pride parades and concerts by Lady Gaga in far-flung countries.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton trumpeted the formation of the group in a speech she delivered in Geneva on Tuesday.“I am also pleased to announce that we are launching a new Global Equality Fund that will support the work of civil society organizations working on these issues around the world,” Clinton said.

“This fund will help them record facts so they can target their advocacy, learn how to use the law as a tool, manage their budgets, train their staffs, and forge partnerships with women’s organizations and other human rights groups,” Clinton said.

She noted the administration had “committed more than $3 million” of taxpayer funds to start this organization. The State Department’s website describes the fund as a “public-private partnership” that “will seek partnership commitments from donor governments, corporations, and foundations.”

A State Department fact sheet reveals that its Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) will “support programming through the Global Equality Fund.” This will include boosting “NGO capacity to advocate before host governments and in multilateral forums” on behalf of LGBT causes. The DRL asks homosexual groups to assist them in documenting cases of discrimination.

The fund will also pay for international “programs that enhance public awareness and further positive dialogue” about homosexuality,“such as inclusive civic education and cultural activities, and build diverse human rights coalitions around public messaging.”
Lady Gaga performs in Rome.

The fact sheet suggests these could include such events as gay pride parades and concerts by Lady Gaga – the controversial pop singer who raised the ire of Christians earlier this year when she released a video for her song Judas that depicted her at one point dressed as Mary Magdalene, sensuously nibbling Jesus Christ’s ear.

The State Department boasts it “helped convince pop artist and LGBT advocate Lady Gaga to perform at EuroPride Rome in June 2011.”

Obama’s closest adviser, Valerie Jarrett, wrote on Tuesday that she was “deeply moved” by the pop singer’s activism.

The Global Equality Fund is only one small part of an ambitious agenda to recast all U.S. foreign policy to support the LGBT cause around the world. On Tuesday, Barack Obama issued a presidential memorandum instructing foreign embassies to “expand efforts to combat discrimination, homophobia, and intolerance on the basis of LGBT status or conduct” in their host countries.

The Epidemic of Parasites in Gay Men

The incidence of gastrointestinal parasites rose exponentially in gay men during the two decades The transmission of parasites was associated with sexual activity that exposed partners to feces, particularly oral-anal sex or "rimming." By 2010, the prevalence of parasites was 60% or greater for homosexual men attending STD clinics or private practice.
Documented sources (Pearce, Markell and Kuritsubo, Phillips et al., William, et al., Schmerin, et al., Mildvan et al.,. HIV was apparently introduced into Western societies in the 1970s or even earlier.

One possible reason the virus didn't proliferate and produce fulminate disease until the early 1980s might be the absence of a suitable pool of parasitical hosts. By that time parasite epidemic in gay men had reached its height. Even well before 1980, clinicians had warned about the emerging parasite epidemic in gays. The first to report a homosexual case cluster of E. histolytica was Harry Most who dubbed Manhattan a "tropical isle". This concern was echoed by another leading infectious disease specialist warned:

Evidence indicates that an epidemic of intestinal protozoan infection exists in the homosexual male population in New York City. The difficulty in making a diagnosis, inadequate therapy, failure to alert potential victims,and official neglect of the epidemic have combined to create a dangerous situation.(Kean et al.

The parasite theory led to the prediction that AIDS would spread beyond Africa and Haiti into other regions of the world where parasites are holoendemic. In contrast, and contrary to the warnings of some researchers, AIDS has not emerged as an overwhelming epidemic among heterosexuals in the developed (and largely parasite-free) countries of North America, Europe and Australia. This strongly suggests an environmental component to AIDS is present in the tropical regions of the world.

Gays are responsible for Aids.

14-year-old home schooled girl receives death threats for defending marriage

.

ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND, February 22, 2012, A 14-year-old home schooler who testified before the Maryland state senate against a bill redefining marriage has been the subject of cyberbullying, vicious name-calling, and death threats.

Maryland State Senate

Sarah Crank, 14, told the Maryland Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee last month she believes children need a mother and a father.“ I really feel bad for the kids who have two parents of the same gender,” she told the senators.“Even though some kids think it’s fine, they have no idea what kind of wonderful experiences they miss out on.”

She continued,“People say that they were born that way, but I’ve met really nice adults who did change.”

“Today’s my 14th birthday, and it would be the best birthday present ever if you would vote ‘no’ on gay marriage,” she said.

After audio of her uncharacteristically mature testimony was posted on YouTube, the story went viral on homosexual activist websites—and death threats quickly followed.

TFP Student Action, a Roman Catholic organization dedicated to traditional morality, recorded several of the most offensive threats in a press release. A commenter on the YouTube video wrote,“If I ever see this girl, I will kill her. That’s a promise.”

Other YouTube comments ranged from,“Her parents should be exterminated,” to,“Kill this child and his [sic] parent, for my 11 birthday would be a wonderful gift, thanks.”

A comment posted on LGBTNation.com said,““And now everyone knows her name, so hopefully she will feel what its like to be harassed and bullied…”

Since TFP issued its press release, the comments have not moderated. Supporters of same-sex “marriage” continue to wish violence, sexual assault, or censorship upon the girl.(Warning, profanity):
•I hope you get raped by your married parents.—madisonen;
•Stupid bi**h - I hope you die on your Bday!!!!!—geminiboi007;
•A dumb way for a dumb bi**h to do dumb things. Stop talking nonsense that your Christian, Anti-Gay parents are force-feeding you through a thin straw, and learn to accept other people. Now shut up bi**h, before I smack you.—123adbnvcs;

According to its website, TFP Student Action “networks with college students on more than 719 campuses,” promoting chivalry and a Christian ethical conduct.

“The homosexual movement only talks about ‘tolerance,’ but never really practices any,”

Ritchie had a different message for the Crank family.“I’m praying for you and your family, Sarah,” he said.“Stand strong. God will win. And Saint Michael will help you and help America.”

The full text of Sarah’s testimony follows:

Hi, I’m Sarah Crank. Today’s my 14th birthday, and it would be the best birthday present ever if you would vote “no” on gay marriage. I really feel bad for the kids who have two parents of the same gender. Even though some kids think it’s fine, they have no idea what kind of wonderful experiences they miss out on. I don’t want more kids to get confused about what’s right and okay. I really don’t want to grow up in a world where marriage isn’t such a special thing anymore.

It’s rather scary to think that when I grow up the legislature or the court can change the definition of any word they want. If they could change the definition of marriage then they could change the definition of any word. People have the choice to be gay, but I don’t want to be affected by their choice. People say that they were born that way, but I’ve met really nice adults who did change. So please vote “no” on gay marriage. Thank you.

Obama: my administration is most pro-gay in history

President Obama greets attendees at a gay pride event at the White House in 2009.
Photo: APWASHINGTON, D.C., July 12, 2011 ( LifeSiteNews.com )– President Barack Obama again vowed his fidelity to the homosexual lobby at a White House reception in honor of LGBT pride month, boasting that his administration has done more than any other president to advance their cause.

“This administration, under my direction has consistently said we cannot discriminate as a country against people on the basis of sexual orientation, and we have done more in the two-and-a-half years I have been in here than the previous 43 presidents to uphold that principle,” said Obama at a news conference June 29, the day of the reception, according to the Christian Post.

Nonetheless, the president performed an awkward tightrope walk for gay rights supporters at the White House, as he praised their efforts, while coyly acknowledging their frustration with his public stance against federal imposition of same-sex “marriage.”

“There are going to be times where you’re still frustrated with me. I know there are going to be times where you’re still frustrated at the pace of change. I understand that. I know I can count on you to let me know,” said Obama to laughter and cheers from the raucous crowd.

Earlier in his remarks, Obama lauded “folks who are standing up against discrimination, and for the rights of parents and children and partners and students,” to which he added “and spouses” at the prompting of the audience. The president faced a similar reaction at an LGBT fundraiser in Manhattan days earlier, where the crowd chanted “marriage” at him in playful protest.

The president pointed to his accomplishments so far, including eradicating the military ban on open homosexuals serving and refusing to defend the federal Defense of Marriage Act, as a reminder of his “commitment” to their cause, which he compared to the cause of the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s.

“It was here, in the East Room, at our first Pride reception, on the 40th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, a few months after I took office, that I made a pledge, I made a commitment. I said that I would never counsel patience; it wasn’t right for me to tell you to be patient any more than it was right for folks to tell African Americans to be patient in terms of their freedoms,” said the president.“I said it might take time to get everything we wanted done. But I also expected to be judged not by the promises I made, but the promises I kept.”

Sex abuse lawsuit brought against Moose CEO

Updated: December 14, 2012 2:39AM

A South Carolina-based doctor announced Thursday allegations of childhood sexual abuse and a lawsuit against the head of Moose International.

In a civil suit filed Thursday, Jason Peck, now a 44-year-old physician in Fort Hill, S.C., alleges that William B. Airey sexually abused him as a child.

Airey is director general and CEO of the Loyal Order of the Moose and Moose International, which is headquartered on the Mooseheart campus on Route 31 north of North Aurora. The lawsuit does not make any allegations related to Mooseheart.

According to the suit, in 1980, when Peck was 12-years-old, Airey began “grooming” Peck and sexually abused him on two occasions when Peck was a minor living in Ohio. The suit alleges that on both occasions, the abuse happened when Airey took Peck to Moose-related functions.

“When he (Peck) was a child William Airey was his neighbor and befriended him in the Columbus (Ohio) suburbs,” said Konrad Kircher, attorney for Peck.“He would give him gifts, take him to the Moose Lodge in Whitehall (Ohio), and buy him alcoholic drinks, then sexually abuse him in the Columbus area.”

At the time of the alleged abuse, Airey was a Moose member and volunteer. He was hired by Moose International in 1983, and has served at the organization’s CEO since 2006, according to the suit.

Peck was never a student at Mooseheart, nor otherwise associated with the Moose organization.

On Thursday, members of Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, or SNAP, delivered a letter to Moose International headquarters, urging that Airey be suspended, and requesting a criminal investigation.

The suit and a press release from SNAP allege that Moose International has investigated Airey twice before, in 1996 and again in 2007, for child sexual abuse, but took no action.

“Our main concern is that the Moose suspend Mr. Airey while the investigation continues,” said SNAP member Kate Bochte, in a press conference held in the parking lot of the Aurora Moose Lodge Thursday afternoon.“Organizations should not be covering up for their leaders and should not do their own internal investigations. This is a criminal matter.”

Airey could not be reached for comment Thursday, but Moose International released a statement saying,“The Moose fraternity is shocked by this allegation.”

“This is not the Bill Airey we know,” the Moose International statement says.“Although the Moose organization is not a party to this lawsuit, consistent with Board policy Mr. Airey will not be in contact with residential students at Mooseheart until further notice.

“At this time Mr. Airey is out of the office, celebrating his 50th wedding anniversary with his wife. Upon his return, the Board will ascertain all facts relating to this situation, and determine what actions, if any, are necessary.”
