Should the US go back into Iraq?

Jun 12, 2014 Full story: ABC15.com 42

From the 1991 Gulf War to the 2003 invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein to subsequent years marred by violence and instability, there's no doubting the deep connection between the two nations.

What are you personally willing to pay to defeat the enemy and make Iraq and American client state. Higher taxes, more debt (billions), how many Americans killed, disabled. Will you fight or send you sons and daughters? Is America willing to do what it takes to win. How long will it take ...
If we don't go back will Syria/Iraq or Iran take control of the Middle East. What will that mean for the USA?
Didn't we have a similar situation a decade back ...
You can blame and cuss the President (past and present) but that will not change the reality over there.

If not the USA, then who?
We were asked by Iraq to help. Shall we abandon on them?

That would be a fine legacy for Obama, wouldn't it.
And our Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who ignored the Al Qaeda resurrection, is hoping that her mishandling of this region is forgotten by the time she decides to announce her aspirations for the Presidency.

Bit, of course, we all know that her diplomacy brought us here.

“i hope we can change this!”

US did nothing in Syria, now US should just sit this the f@#k out. By the way why didn't US go after those who killed US ambassador in Libya? Obama has made more enemies than any other US president.

Enough with two major defeats for US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan to the Jihadists under the Jihadist in Chief Barack Hussein Obama who leads from behinds. The Jihadist sympathizer Obama was able to bring anarchy, chaos and misery to the world by arming and financing the al Qaida terrorists in Syria and bringing to the explosion of Jihad forces fighting each other in Iraq while thousands are beheaded by the barbarian Sunni al Qaida terrorists that seek to spread the Shariya laws in Iraq by beheading anyone who do not convert to their savage religion of death. In Christmas 2011, Obama and Hillary Clinton pulled the plug in Iraq and sent our Us troops as victorious back home while concocting the Arab Spring in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain and other regimes aiming at pushing the Mozlem Brother terrorists to power. Obama and Hillary Clinton were able to cause death or hundreds of thousands of Christians and Sunnis and Shiites and to the uprooting of millions of women and children from their homes to become homeless refugees. By creating vacuum of leading from behinds, Obama pushed the Jihadists of al Qaida to take over cities and destroy them like the barbarians in the medieval ages as they seek the creation of the caliphate all over the Middle East including Israel that Obama and Hillary threw under the bus. The fact that Jihadist al Qaida Sunnis can take over major cities in Iraq while the Iraqi army is dysfunctional will be repeated in Afghanistan when the Taliban-al Qaida terrorists will defeat the Afghan army and erase all the US troops’ achievements as happened already in Iraq.

Maybe this time, their oil will pay for it...or we'll be greeted as liberators. Now, the neo-cons put up more bluster to save the sordid past of flubsie and sheknee, risk other's lives and attempt to be significant. Too bad the cons couldn't finish the phoney war they started.

Let them kill each other in Iraq. The Iraqi security forces ran off and ISIS took over all the military equipment left behind by the Iraqi security forces, which the US gave them. These tribes, religious sects, etc.....have been fighting since man could walk and it's NEVER going to stop. They can't settle in their own skin let alone make peace.

If the US goes in again, which I hope it doesn't, we'll lose more of our soldiers for nothing because once we pull out of Iraq the same sh!t will happen again. It will never stop.

Let those folks alone and let them destroy their own country. They don't want our help. They don't want our way of life.
