DO TELL: Precisely WHERE is the term 'limitation' mention in any amendment to the U.S. Constitution for the United States?
Above that, what other right requires a registration.

Americans are 20 times more likely to be killed by a gun than residents of other developed countries.

But proposals to arm teachers are irresponsible and dangerous. The role of educators it to teach and nurture our children, not to be armed guards.

Since the tragedy in Conn. more than 900 people in the United States have died from gun violence. This must end.

If you were smart enough to NOT have purchased your guns through a dealer, and instead purchased them from a private source, then your property won't have been 'registered.'
Not all are, that being said, I believe in responsible gun ownership. I still go to gun shows where private indivisuals sell and trade.

When the amendment was written it gave the citizens the right to bear arms that were aviable at the time, the same guns that were used in that times military. There were, and are, nor should there be, limitations. Responsibility, yes.

Well, that's really the litmus test of RealĀ® liberty, is it not?
At any time 'registration' becomes a requirement in order to exercise a human liberty, then you KNOW that what's afoot isn't a nicety.

CORRECTION!
When that amendment was penned, it 'GAVE' no one ANYTHING, at all!
Rather, it simply recognized what was ALREADY known, and understood to be.
Further, it codified into law that understanding, itself which has stood the test of time, and men's limited patience.
The ONE THING which has made the United States of America stand out from ALL OTHER NATIONS in this world, is THEIR Declaration of Independence, and THIER BILL OF RIGHTS.
NOTHING, before, or since, has come close to equaling either.

Violent crime maybe down but it hasn't seen a reduction in "gun deaths" in America, and the reduction in violent crime cannot be attributed to one thing but is more likely tied to unemployment and hard times...not more guns!....As soon as the economy picks up so will crime....

In 1939, Hugo Black and fellow Supreme Court justices ruled unanimously in a landmark gun control case, U.S. vs Miller, that the 2nd Amendment does not protect blanket access for citizens to any type of firearm.

When you are a bigot you become gullible....you may not have a gun but you think like a extreme right winger this is just sheer lies, propaganda and paranoia from a man who is anti Obama....How is it you can blacken a mans name by making claims you don't have to prove and protect your so called sources at the same time, you wouldn't question their motives for making such claims?...seems like a sham to me and I am most always right!

I disagree here. The problem is drugs, drugs, drugs. People get robbed in pharmacy car parks hoping that the purchases may contain Some drugs that may be sold on the black market. Pharmacies are also held up for the same reason.

Convenience stores are held up for cash to buy illegal drugs and many shootings are in the car parks where drug deals take place.

More take place at private homes where the drugs are manufactures and the drug runners are killed for what they are carrying for distribution.
