You really have some medical background? I believed you earlier, but now not so much. Adrenaline can mask serious injuries and one may or may not have broken skin with a head injury. EMT's may or may not assess properly. Did they have a DECTECT unit to diagnose him on site? Did they do a cognitive analysis of any kind?

For some strange whacko reason you WANT him to be guilty and so are skewing your own knowledge (suspect now) of medical diagnosis. How sad.

Didn't you defend that matricide baby killer mom in florida a bit ago?

Who said it did?

Have you looked at the new 'leaked' information from this am?

Why do you think I am angry?

(you aren't worth it)

Do people who disagree with you make YOU angry?

(projection perhaps?)

How have you proven me wrong in anyway, factually?

(you haven't)

How have you made me feel inferior?

(you haven't and won't ever)

You use a lot of conjecture to construct fact, but you are not using your 'knowledge', not well reasoned. Therefore it is suspect. Your degrees don't mean shit if you can't use the information in critical thinking.

He shot him before he killed him

Liar...he did need medical treatment and received medical treatment. Why can't you ever get your facts straight.

Oh that's right, you don't use facts that conflict with your "theory" or opinion.

Search subdural hematoma...see what you think about that.

PAY ATTENTION STUPID:
No one disagrees a fight ensued after Zimmerman followed and confronted Martin!
There is NO doubt that Zimmerman was on the losing end of the fight...he got knocked down and a broken nose...shit happens...especially in a a fight.
BUT, my point was how in "fear" of DEATH could Zimmerman have been in, with a mere punch to the nose, and not even a trip to the hospital (that night) or even ONE stitch?
"The Martin family has questions about the medical report, said Benjamin Crump, the family attorney.
The family has very strong positions about this >family< physician's report that was done the next day," Crump said.
"What we do know is on February 26, the ER personnel did not believe his injuries were significant enough for him to go to the hospital. They didn't even put a Band-Aid on his head. That's important."
"Let's not forget that Trayvon Martin was fighting a man with a 9-millimeter gun. We also have to remember that he didn't start this fight. George Zimmerman got out his car and pursued Trayvon Martin."
"On the night of the shooting, Zimmerman had called 911 to complain about a suspicious person in the neighborhood, according to authorities.
In the call, Zimmerman said he was following Martin after the teen started to run, prompting the dispatcher to tell him, "We don't need you to do that."
Zimmerman apparently disregarded that advice."
OUCH...chills:)
NOW...back into your cage!
"BUT, my point was how in "fear" of DEATH could Zimmerman have been in, with a mere punch to the nose, and not even a trip to the hospital (that night) or even ONE stitch?"

Why do you ignore the other injury suffered by Zimmerman...you know...the ones on the back of his head...? Those are the ones that could potentially killed him or caused great bodily injury.

Once again...research subdural hematoma. You can bet the defense will have at least one, maybe more, head injury specialists to testify on head injuries.

If Zimmerman was told not to continue to follow Trayvon, can that be considered in this investigation?
Yes it will; however, the telecommunications call taker asked Zimmerman “are you following him”. Zimmerman replied,“yes”. The call taker stated “you don’t need to do that”. The call taker’s suggestion is not a lawful order that Mr. Zimmerman would be
required to follow. Zimmerman’s statement was that he had lost sight of Trayvon and was returning to his truck to meet the police officer when he says he was attacked by Trayvon.

WOW...you can't possible be that stupid?
The LAW shows explains HOW the 'Stand your Ground' law DDOES NOT APPLY...can you read?
It shows the law DOES NOT apply if:
Stand your Ground Law (1) does not apply if:
(3) A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force.
Now lets make this EASY for you:
Zimmerman WII NOT be able to USE stand your ground law because:
Martin was NOT engaged in unlawful activity.
Martin had a RIGHT to be there.
...and it even says Martin had the RIGHT to meet force with force.
Hope that wasn't to confusing for you.
Hence: the murder charge:)
"It shows the law DOES NOT apply if:
Stand your Ground Law (1) does not apply if:
(3) A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force."

WRONG!! So once again you ERROR in your haste. You are mis-quoting paragraph (3) as falling under the "does not apply if:" statement...it doesn't. You should read with more comprehension...if you can. The "does not apply if:" is in paragraph (2) and only applies to the sub-paraphs under it...(a),(b),(c)...etc. Paragraph (3) is seperate from paragraph (2) and the "does not apply if:" doesn't apply to paragrapgh (3).

Additionally, the quoted information is under Florida statute "776.013 Home protection; use of deadly force; presumption of fear of death or great bodily harm.—". Just who's home are you alledging was involved...oh wait...it didn't...they were outside in a common area.

But for some reason there are those that seem to keep trying to harp on the same old - tired points, for which there seems to be no confirmation.
Hey Don.

My theory is that Trayvon was "walking" to the store in the rain (instead of driving stepmomns car) because he wanted to "burn" one.
While talking to his girl, he noticed some cracker checking him out. I suspect the GF may have egged him on by telling him he needed to whack that cracker.

Unfortunately, Trayvon tried to kill an armed man.

Granted a stupid armed man, for getting out of his truck.

But despite all the whining the liberals are doinghere, stupid people do not give up the right to self defense.

And we do not have a law that punishes someone that allows a situation to get out of hand.
Z had an obligation, as an armed citizen, to see that a personal squabble does not get out of hand.

He certainly let that get out of hand.

Ialso suspect that Trayvon had little chance to avoid the road to thugdom he was traveling on.

Only thugs bash peoples heads into the ground they are "upset" with.

Kind of like a road rage idiot getting shot by the little old lady.

A Darwin Award. Justly given.

ABC News: "Trayvon Martin Had Drugs in System, Autopsy Found"
QUOTE:"The autopsy report shows traces of the drug THC, which is found in marijuana, in Martin's blood and urine.
The autopsy also shows that Zimmerman shot Martin from a distance of between 1 inch and 18 inches away, bolstering Zimmerman's claim that he shot Martin during a struggle that landed Zimmerman on his back, Martin straddling him and banging Zimmerman's head on the ground."END QUOTE
http://abcnews.go.com/US/trayvon-martin-docum...
*I'm not sure how the "autopsy report" would positively substantiate Zimmerman's claim that he was on his back with Martin "straddling him and banging his head on the ground,"...
but it would certainly seem to substantiate Martin and Zimmerman were less than an arms length away (for each of them) when the shot was fired.
The autopsy shows the angle of bullet entry. If Z was standing when he fired, the wound entry would show that. Since we know from the witness that Z was on the ground, and the thug was standing, this verifies that.

Too bad evidence like this cannot pierce the blanket of stupidity that TM, Bunny and provok have around their heads.
