So many young lives lost... had their whole lives ahead of them, and are cut short. So many grieving families back home, may thier hearts be at ease--- God Bless our Soldiers and keep them safe.

Who would want to be first to comment on this?
May they all rest in peace; may the rest of us get the scoundrels out who caused the needless conflict, and not rest until there is the peace of justice restored to this country, and rightful liberty amongst our armed forces, not wrongful injustice and orders to commit war crimes delivered by war criminals and their minions

Do you think the troops believed they had their whole lives ahead of them? I do and I believe that their families and they themselves believed in their path in the military.

I don't believe they died in vain.

Yes, I do think they believed and believe they have their lives ahead of them... they don't chose when they die over there.

I never said they died in vain. I know they were probably expecting to come back to us.

They are heroes, and we thank them. It takes courage to sacrifice for something greater than yourself.

May those that survive them enjoy better civilian leadership in the VERY near future.

It is you, foul dog, who does not support US troops.
They die in Iraq for no reason. Their death is a terrible loss to our country; which does nothing to further our national interest. That you seem to advocate throwing their lives away tells me that you are an un-American shit; and probably are controlled by foreign agents who also hate America, as you do.

If they died in Afghanistan, or avenging the attack on the World Trade Center, on September 11, 2001, that would be just and aproper meaning for their great sacrifice.
The nation that launched that attackon the WTC in SAUDI ARABIA. tHAT they would have died building a new nation in SAUDI ARABIA WOULD BE A JUST AND PROPER PURPOSE.

You do not blame Saudi Arabia for the terrorists; yet thet is where they come from; that is where their fincing comes from; and that is where their training is paid for.

No 9/11 terrorist came from Iraq. You know who sent them.

If you advocate continuing a fruitless adventure in Iraq, you are standing for the needless death of US Troops.

If you support Bush's adventure in Iraq, you are a traitor.

If you try to invoke your phony "patriotism" bullshit of "support the troops" in a fruitless, meaningless, phony adventure based on lies and deception; you have turned your coat against the USA.

Think on my words.
Change your 'enemy' perception to our real enemy: the FOUNTAIN OF TERRORISTS; Saudi Arabia.

Bush the murderer.

For such peaceful times in Iraq, sure hit 4000 in record time. Seemed like just a few days ago it was 3992.

These 4000 died for the highest reason, in the highest calling; doing their duty.

That their deaths were in a dead end adventure; which seems designed to make a handful of American industrialists rich is all of our fault. Not theirs. They gave all for our country. We allowed them to die in Iraq. In Iraq.

They followed their orders. They did what they were told. They went where they were sent. They went on the line for us.

They will live forever in our hearts. They are stitches in the Stars and Stripes. They are our past and present. They are forever heroes.

In two months we remember them on Memorial Day.
We all have much to remember, and some of us, to discover.

Then get your nose out of politics and do your job.

Soldiers who engage in politics can only endanger themselves and their unit.

But since you insist, do you think US troops would have been better served by going to Saudi Arabia, rather than Iraq?

Do you know of any of Osama Bin Laden's men who came from Iraq?
If not, where did they come from and where did their money come from?

Why are our trops dying in Iraq?
WHAT IS IN IRAQ?

We aren't in Iraq because of 9/11.

We are Iraq, since you forget, because the United Nations was fed up with resolution after resolution concerning Iraq.

Because yo don't want to face that reality. They did die in vain. Aside from what they believed, what do you believe. Exactly how many more do you think should die and what do you think they are dying for. supporting the troops means standing up for them. They are not allowed to question for themselves. If you're gonna send someone to their death you better make d@mn sure it is worth it.

That would be fine if they had died for something greater than themselves. But this war shouldn't have happened, those who started it knew it was illegitimate. what they sent us to war for was not greater than a single human life.
