I never tried to paint you as one who agreed in such a pursuit. As usual, thatís how you paint me in viewing you. Nothing I can do about that if thatís how you prefer things. Yes, you did say there are nut cases on both sides. As far as I know thatís how itís always worked since one man had a differing opinion with another. I insinuated nothing. Your problem is you keep wanting to demonize others to make your case. Try rereading what I wrote with a more objective view. Perhaps youíll see there was nothing directed at you. So itís really you who owes me an apology.<quoted text>
There were people then who wanted to pursue that exact option on our former president. And, why do you try to paint me as one who would support or agree with such a pursuit? Did I not say that there are nutcases on both the Left as well as the Right? Regardless of politics, I regard anyone that would assisinate an elected official a nutcase. I served 23 years in my nation's cloth to protect your right to disagree with my opinions, and to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution. Obama is a democratically-elected president. I may not agree with him, as is my right to do so, but that's a far jump from wanting him to be harmed. Frankly, your insinuation is quite offensive and if you were a decent person, you would take it back and apologize.
Hillary Clinton may have found the referenced movie despicable, and I'm glad she did. You can list a million names of people on the Left that found it despicable, but that doesn't negate the fact that many on the Left paid to see and praised its pretense. My only point to Canard is that both Left and Right camps have their own share of nutcases.
If you believe anyone is a nut case to assassinate an elected official, keep in mind that should apply to other elected officials outside the United States as well if you believe in the process.
Yes, both sides have their nut cases. But you seem more concerned about one party being hurt more than any other.
