It seems that after his visit from the President, and Mrs Obama the Saudi lost his voice, and what do you know the youngest terrorist can't talk either. They think we are buying this bullshit but they are wrong.

Because there are thousands just like them in all our major cities, and they are being aided, and abetted by our own politicians at the highest level. This is Benghazi American style. They will just kill us, and never have to answer for it.

Heard something interesting today. Police only need to Mirandize a suspect if they want or need to use his words against him in court. If the y have enough evidence to convict without the suspect's statements, failure to Mirandize is of no consequence. In this case the conviction of this young man seems a slam dunk, and there is no need for prosecutors to have any incriminating statement's to use in court.

Makes sense to me.

The thing is the police department didn't work like a well oiled machine.

They first screwed up with the bomb sweep. Then only released some of the pictures which weren't very good.

Only found out who the suspects were after a shoot out with one dead and a police officer dead.

Did a sweep of the neighborhood and found nothing. He was found when a homeowner called it in.

Some police work.

Next we will be hearing the ACLU screeming his rights were violated.

This young man is a US citizen. Presumed innocent until proven guilty. He may have commented this terrible crime, but a court of law will have to determine that. You can not deny him the rights of citizenship without putting yours in jeopardy.
.... maybe oblamer should drone him maybe?..... he does that without a trial, i wonder where the difference is? i find it odd he called this a terrorist attack, not something else ...... so he has called him a terrorist..basically convicted him...and i agree with hm so far on that .......

So many? As in Osama Bin Laden.

He had to give the OK. He had no choice.

Now that I think about it I'm not sure they even needed his OK.

It is a battlefield.

I don't think they stop and pause everytime they do something.

That was political for the next election.

Just like I don't think terrorist who cry about their Karan being peed on stop on the battlefield at a certain time of the day to pray.

You are wrong. The suspect must be mrandized or nothing they say or do can be used against them in court. By failing to mirandize,on the Presidents order, they have jeopardized the entire case. We don't want anything bad t hapen to a Muslim

They are not planning on using anything he says against him in court. They don't need to. They have more than enough evidence to convict him without using anything he says. He was practically caught red-handed you stupid f#ck!

If Obama doesn't want anything bad to happen to a Muslim, why does he kill so many, moron?

I understand the outrage. I share it. I am not knowledgeable enough about law to know if Miranda applies in this case. Maybe not. I just think it is a very dangerous thing to ignore the rights of citizenship. Once that line is crossed how far over can we go? When will my rights be denied?

I'm not being sympathetic to a terrorist. I'm just saying let the system work. When he is convicted (and he most certainly will be) let the punishment fit the crime.

If he lived, and he won't, they could disqualify tons of evidence, Every day thousands of Americans are mirandized, why not the Muslim that killed people, and maimed hundreds? Because he is a Muslim protected by special laws.
