This young man is a US citizen. Presumed innocent until proven guilty. He may have commented this terrible crime, but a court of law will have to determine that. You can not deny him the rights of citizenship without putting yours in jeopardy.

it would be better to actually get info out of him. leave him with the FBI, they know how to interrogate properly.

Did you make this statement to start an argument?

The same FBI that questioned the older brother back in 2011 and never saw any evidence of a threat?

Please don't come back and argue something completely different. We know how you are and we all believe you are one card short of a full deck.

I think this terrorist needs a fair trial. We need every single citizen of this Nation to see his smiling face when they advise him of his charges, when they name the victims he killed and maimed. We need every citizen to hear him spew his anti American venom at his first court appaerance and let everyone know without a doubt, right from him how much violent , racical muslims are a danger to this Nation.
The current Incompetent presidential administration would rather not have this happen. They are in damage control mode now. This is not they way they expected or wanted it to end, it wasn't the white pissedoff tax payer, not the NRA Member, not the assault rifle owner ......it was what they have tried to ignore time and time again ...RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISM!!!!!
Sorry ..... The work place violence excuse won't work this time.

they actually know how to interrogate someone. the techniques used at gitmo were designed soley to get people to say what you want them to say.

there are limits to what legal questioning can do to a nonsuspect, you know.

would you have our FBI break our own laws?

Really??? The books Zero Dark Thirty and No Easy Day BOTH by people involved say Gitmo interrogations led to the finding of bin laden's compound...

So we guess they only said who the courier was because that's what they wanted to hear??

You're a riot.

It is too late to mirandize the terrorist, and the police planned it that way. The feds want him to get off, and be sent back to Russia so he can later sneak back into America. Hopefully he will talk first, the drop over dead. I just read the translation of an item from last Thursday saying Mrs Obama visited the Saudi person of i nterest to tell him he is being deported. Mrs O herself. It is Okaz.com .There is more to this bombing then meets the eye.

Legally they already HAVE!
It played out on LIVE Global TV.

It is not what some truly think happens tho.
Some people think the FBI is in collusion with the White House to cover up for the Saudi's that are being deported.

Who really knows the truth?
Only the TRUE Bomber and his ILK/controllers!

BUT
Who are they ...???

Why did MO & BO go and visit the Saudi in the hospital?
And NOT at the other hospitals where other "victims" were!

IF she went to SEE the "victims" ...

Smelly like fishy ...

you should base you life on fictionalized accounts made for movies.

perhaps you should research what the techniques that were used then at gitmo were designed for and by whom. and what the trained interrogators say about them...

research...then post. you always get it backwards.

He should, he’s an American citizen and I trust our system of justice… but with that being said, I trust the judgment of President Obama and Attorney General Holder as well. The brilliance in police work and magnitude in resources led by our President and delegated down the chain of command, added to the results that came some swiftly shows that our government can run like a well oiled machine when the right person is in the White House.

Don't need to, lyme disease.......I read the books.

Osama bin Laden killed: CIA admits waterboarding yielded vital information
Leon Panetta, the CIA director, has confirmed that controversial "enhanced interrogation techniques" such as waterboarding yielded some of the intelligence information that ultimately led to Osama bin Laden.

It just goes to show that these right-wingers are just as ignorant as ever and haven’t learned a thing after 8 years of a republican in the White House where we were hit with the worst terrorist attack on American soil and the guy responsible lived free and out in the open because of the failed policies, strategies and tactics that Bush used during his inept and failed presidency… and then to have a brilliant leader like President Obama come in and change all those failed policies, strategies and tactics [See the movie ‘Zero Dark Thirty’] that resulted in and brought about the finding and killing of Osama bin Laden - all while protecting this nation from a single 9-11-type/level terrorist attack is just further proof that ‘We the People’ were vindicated in electing Obama twice.
