In the next decade 3-D printers will end all remnants of the so-called "Gun Control Debate". Forget about America. The debate is already won for gun owners here. I'm talking about places like England, Australia, China, and other states that currently ban firearms. Ha! A 25 year old college student is driving a stake through the heart of gun prohibition and there's not a thing you can do to stop it. If I want to print 100 handguns by tomorrow morning I will be able to. I recommend you learn to shoot and quit with the crocodile tears... You Lost!

We here of late are learning a valuable lesson..... Okay, you can KEEP your nasty 'ol guns. We'll make ammo impossible. Seen any .22 lately? 9mm?.45 auto? 5.56? SOME stocks are coming in,but the more commonly used calibers are still damn scarce. If you shoot an oddball or "orphan" caliber(one not in production/or shot regularly) you might have some luck. So printing all the guns you want is of no use if you can't find ammo.

Ooooops! There goes the 'militia' argument!

"Let me ask attention to an illustration nearer home. The only case in which there has ever existed a real necessity for the interposition of military force to preserve the peace in Massachusetts.(except in the days of 1775, when the people took arms, to put down the military,) was the "Shay's Rebellion;" and then, gentlemen who glorify the militia must remember the people armed themselves to suppress an insurrection headed by a militia officer, with militia men for the mass of his followers.

"Now, Mr. Chairman, gentlemen talk about the necessity of this volunteer militia, in order to prevent mobs in Massachusetts. Let me ask, Sir, how many there are of them? I understand that the whole number is not more than four or five thousand: or at the farthest, we may say seven thousand. Now, can any gentleman seriously suppose that the peace of this whole Commonwealth is preserved by this insignificant body men? Sir, it is the law-abiding, peace-loving, order-preserving citizens of Massachusetts, whom we are indebted for the feeling of which we enjoy."

- Francis W. Bird, June 20, 1853,[OFFICIAL REPORT OF THE DEBATES AND PROCEEDINGS IN THE STATE CONVENTION, ASSEMBLED MAY 4TH, 1853, TO REVISE AND AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE Commonwealth of Massachusetts VOLUME SECOND. BOSTON: WHITE
& POTTER, PRINTERS TO THE CONVENTION, 1853.]

NNo, but it's quite evident that >you< support TREASON.

Here, put THIS in your treason pipe, and SMOKE IT:

"The section which declares that no law shall restrict the right of the people to bear arms, whether in defense of themselves or of the State, was read a second time.
"Mr. RARIDEN said he would like to know from the gentlemen who reported this section whether it was the intention to permit or prohibit the wearing of concealed weapons. He preferred the language of the old Constitution. He would move to strike out the section and insert the corresponding section of the old Constitution.
"Mr. OWEN said he would suggest to the gentleman from Wayne that if he wished to prohibit the carrying of weapons it would be necessary to change the language of the old Constitution. For if it were declared by Constitutional provision that the people should have the right to bear arms, no law of the Legislature could take away that right."

What
"My excellent friend from Boylston,(Mr. Whitney,) has uttered, in the speech he has just made, many noble sentiments of love among men and peace on earth. I love peace not less ardently than my friend from Boylston. The bloodless victories of peace are as dear to me as to him. But I am not one of those men who cry peace, when there is no peace without slavery, injustice and wrong. My friend from North Brookfield,(Mr Walker,) and others, have spoken of the peace movements in England and on the continent, and of Richard Cobden and others of its leading spirits. I may be in error, but I have sometimes thought that the song which the peace movement has hymned into the ear of Europe during the past five years has made far easier the march of the legions Russia and Austria upon Hungary and Italy, and the march of the legions of France--of apostate republican France--upon Rome. While the people have listened with softened hearts to the songs of peace, their masters have disarmed them, and sent forth their increasing standing armies to crush every manifestation of freedom, progress, and popular rights. When tyranny is overthrown and freedom established; when standing armies are disbanded and the people armed for their own protection against arbitrary power; then I would write "peace" on the banners of the people and send them forth to make the tour of the world. My motto is "Liberty first--peace afterwards."

- Mr. Henry Wilson, June 21, 1853,[OFFICIAL REPORT OF THE DEBATES AND PROCEEDINGS IN The State Convention ASSEMBLED MAY 4TH, 1853, TO REVISE AND AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE Commonwealth of Massachusetts. VOLUME SECOND. BOSTON: WHITE & POTTER, PRINTERS TO THE CONVENTION, 1853.](Mr. Wilson,(Feb. 16, 1812 Nov. 22, 1875), was a delegate to the state constitutional convention in 1853. He was elected to the United States Senate in 1855. He was reelected as a Republican in 1859, 1865 and 1871, and served from Jan. 31, 1855 to March 4, 1873, when he resigned to become Vice President. He was the 18th Vice President of the United States (18731875). During the Civil War, he was Chairman of the Committee on Military Affairs and the Militia, and the Committee on Military Affairs).

Gun laws are burdens on the LAW ABIDING citizen. Sure theres reasonable restrictions on firearms like a FFL, But criminals don't follow the laws so expanded background checks wouldn't even work when they've done this before and it was a huge waste of money.

It sure is! Imagine, making law-abiding citizens to make sure they are not selling weapons to felons and wife beaters, it takes SEVERAL MINUTES of their valuable time!

There have NEVER been expanded background checks.

There have been background checks with HUGH loopholes, and even with the HUGH loopholes, over 2 million persons were DENIED access to firearms.

I know: you demand the right to sell to felons and wife beaters.

There are to be NO UNCONSTITUTIONAL 'background checks'-
