the system is broken because he and the rest of the politicians on capitol hill won't enforce current immigration law.

our seach and seizure laws grant our law enforcement the right to question each and every person within 100 miles of the border without a warrant and without fear of racial profiling.

but does our government allow it? the answer is a big fat NO.

everybody knows that you can resolve the current problem with the illegals by just enforcing the current laws.

NO FIXING IS NECESSARY. ENFORCE THE LAWS.

the solution is simple.

just have our law enforcement folks go around demanding people show id if they look suspicious.

if anybody refuses, lock them up.

it's commonsense. all citizens will show id. ONLY the non-citizens won't and the reason why they won't is because they can't show id.

when you catch an illegal, confiscate all their assets, and deport their ass over the border. no plane rides. just a cheap bus ride.

at the same time, you punish the employers with a big fine. you punish anybody who helps these illegals with a big fine. including the hospitals, and the schools.

do this for a few months, and they won't come back.

simple solution to this problem.

only a cocaine using, marijuana smoking, brain dead, stupid hippie politician is not able to figure it out.

capitol hill is full of them.

let me add...

we know these illegals are sending money back to their folks back home.

we should have the western unions and all those who provide a similar service force their customers to show id before providing said service.

if they are shown to have provided the service to an illegal.. FINE THEM. punish them. take their business offline. it's called aiding and abetting.

The system is broken because the people allow it to be broken.
