No conflict of interest there! Kind of like the head of the FBI saying crooks who have robbed banks because of poverty should be forgiven.

This political appointee uses rhetoric like 'come out of the shadows'.

But do the crimingrants and ILLEGAL aliens really want to come out of the shadows? Many benefit living life off book until it comes to benefits ad privileges reserved for LEGAL US citizens and residents.

The crimingrants are not as stupid, poor or helpless as the pro ILLEGAL immigrant/amnesty crowds wants you to think they are either. The amnesty crowds also ASSumes they know what's best.

In the end it's political pandering for votes by "PROfessional politicians".

How have they earned it? Their lack of respect for our laws alone prove otherwise. Exactly how does one, who may have stolen or forged documents to work jobs meant for legal citizens, earn the right to remain? These polticians are getting more brain-dead by the minute...exactly who do they represent?

What about us LEGAL immigrants on E-2 business visas??? Here LEGALLY, invest large amounts in businesses, create jobs, pay taxes, work hard....Our children are not allowed social security numbers so they can't work??? Then when they reach 21 they have to find their own visa or they have to leave??? My family of 4 from England, has run a business for almost 10 years and not so much as a parking ticket between us, yet we have to renew visa / driving licenses every 2 years and live in a 'limbo status' with no path to even a green card and a constant worry of our children 'aging out'. So much is being said for all the ILLEGALS.....what about us and the thousands of LEGAL business owners in the same position. Please America, check out our plight on:

As an immigration lawyer I am asked all the time, how does a person get or stay legal in the United States? Here is all that information summarized.

I think it's pretty clear why we have illegals here. Why our borders are unprotected and nothing is being done about it.

What could be the reason why the Gov't would let our National Parks be trampled and trashed. Knowing and allowing drug cartels to funnel in ton's of coke heroin speed and weed into the Country. Allowing cities across America to become broke and run down. Ignoring the Huge Crime problem 11 million + illegals cause.

10 years ago democrats blamed republicans for it. Claimed it was for corporate profit's and exploiting them as cheap labor. Helping the rich get richer from illegals. Now it's the democrat's who offer up sanctuary cities and licenses so they can drive.

Why?

So the republicans can continue to exploit them as cheap labor?

Because for every dollar it cost's, they get to spend 20?

It isn't only Republicans that own businesses. Democrats do also and they hire illegal aliens to. In fact I would guess that many smaller businesses have a Democrat owner. Most larger corporations aren't going to take a chance and hire illegals as they are so rich anyway and I doubt that they are the biggest offenders. It is the mom and pop businesses and mid-sized businesses that I have found that hire illegals.

The Democrats also have another agenda in this and that is to pander to ethnocentric Hispanic citizens who think their ethnic group should be above our immigration laws for votes. They are willing to sell this country down the river to stay in power.

His SOTU address will show just how much contempt he has for the people of this country. I find it sad that some people fail to see past his opaque facade.

What good is it for people who don't have the discipline to stay with the law, or use birth control, stop drinking. They can never get away from themselves or their culture.

I just saw the show bounty hunters in Hawaii, caught the tail end of it, they caught up with a Hispanic guy who they were looking for. They let him go because of his wife, he promised he would show up for his hearing. They have never let anyone go they caught on the street but they did this guy. Few weeks later this guy was arrested again for a different reason, they called his wife and she had the same old story crying and begging, they revoked his bond.

Moral of the story is just look at where Mexicans come from and you can see where they are going.

How exactly did you earn the "so-called right" of citizenship? If you are like me and most people you probably earned it through birthright citizenship. In other words just your mere presence and the good fortune to take your first breath here. It is not as if you walked across a desert, endured hardship, spent large sums of money or risked your life to come here.

The amnesty crowd has blocked any attempt to change policies to help legal immigrants by demanding amnesty be part of any immigration reform. All the while they claim people immigrate illegally because of the current immigration laws which they are preventing from being changed.
People who come here illegally do not have to be and should not be rewarded in order to improve immigration laws for legal immigrants.

That's a novel idea to you to have the right to be a citizen in the country you were born in by citizen parents? Yes, illegals walk across the desert, pay human smugglers (against the law) to violate our borders, take jobs and resources from Americans and for that they should be rewarded with our citizenship? We don't reward American lawbreakers so why should we reward foreign ones who thumbed their noses at our immigration laws? Lawbreakers often suffer hardships because of their choice to break the law, duh. You're the one that is lacking in oxygen and apparently your brain is suffering from it.

The novel idea is taking responsibility for your own actions. Not claiming credit for something other people did.

Forget about your misconceptions about birthright citizenship. In past waves of invaders the vast majority of children in a family were spawned by non-citizens.

Now I would be perfectly fine with going back a couple of hundred years and revoking the citizenship of everybody who can not prove that their forefathers were citizens before dropping their anchor baby.

But they aren't taking responsibility for their actions. They want to be rewarded for them instead. Credit for something other people did? WTH does that mean?

Who were these waves of "invaders" you are speaking of in the past? I don't know of any waves of invaders from the past. I only know that most early immigrants came here either before there were immigration laws or within the immigration laws in place at the time.

I would like the same. Anyone past or present not born on our soil to at least one citizen parent should have their citizenship revoked. Happy now?

So what did you do to earn citizenship? Did you cross an ocean or a desert to come here? Did you risk life and limb or make any sacrifice at all? Did you even take a citizenship test? Of course not. You credit your moral superiority on the sacrifices made by some long dead forefathers that you probably never even met.

Breath in. Breath out.

Since when do those born on our soil to citizen parents have to earn their citizenship? WTH are you talking about? What do Mexicans born in Mexico do to earn their citizenship in Mexico or any other country's citizens for that matter? You're really getting bizarro here.

If I had crossed a desert to get here I would have papers in hand that gave me permission from our government to come here. I'm no border jumper nor would I ever be. Same thing if I had crossed an ocean. Where the hell are you going with this? Did I just enter the twilight zone? Natural born citizens don't have to take a citizenship test but if I did I know I would pass it with flying colors.

I don't claim to have any moral superiority just by being born here. Being born here does however grant me automatic citizenship. Don't like it, tough! That is the way it is all over the world. Why do much hatred towards citizens born in our country? WTH is wrong with you?

What have anchor babies born on our soil from illegal aliens done to be able to gain instant citizenship? Oh, but you don't want to talk about that do you, hypocrite!

Take your hatred and shove it where the sun don't shine! You and those like you make me sick. You're so damned jealous of Americans that you're foaming at the mouth. Make something of yourself and stop whining about things you can't change.
