Does not sound like he dierected that bit of theater.

he usually does so much better than that . This sounds like a political consultants' directing debut...

I have the impression Romney was never your "friend". I doubt he counted on your vote. Too bad the subtly of his message was lost on you. It's hell when Obama's own promises come back to haunt, ain't it.
BTW, for folks who've been out of work, have degrees that are useless in the job market, aren't living in their childhood bedroom, and don't believe in the public dole, that crass money/job talk is more important to their future then the cyclical climate changes.
I know exactly what he said. I was amazed he made it so clear. I appreciate him putting it out there for everyone to hear. My mind was immediatly made up after that speech.

We did get used to it being that way in the previous eight years before Obama. we did have to change our expectations as Obama actually got shit done when he was not in teh White House. Bush didn't get shit done no matter where he was...

You idiot! Over time at least as far as slavery goes the political parties have switched roles. You're a bonehead living in the past when it suits you.
Over time? You do know Grand Wizard Byrd served Congress until just a couple of years ago, right? You do recall Bill Clinton's remark to Ted Kennedy during the '08 primaries musing about Obama being their server "just a couple of years back" don't you?

Troll much?

"...politicians are employees of ours". Something POTUS Obama has forgotten.

"When somebody doesn't do the job, you gotta let them go..." Something POTUS Obama may very well find out.

Thanks Clint, for reminding folks.

He really embarrassed himself tonight.
Interviewing a chair and providing the chairs questions?
Barely getting through his comments, losing his train of thought, misquoting comments stammering and stuttering.
A great actor that should have avoided the stage tonight.
Obama stutters and talks with a slur all the time. Thats why he needs his teleprompter or his train of thought gets lost.

Eastwood should've used one, just like every other teabagger who gave a speech.

Very ironic, teabaggers criticizing Obama for using a teleprompter, yet every single teabagger used one.

When you have to explain it, you’ve already lost the battle… the disaster is that at the end of the republican’s convention everyone is talking about Eastwood’s bizarre speech and not about Romney.

I think Clint Eastwood damaged Romney's chance of winning the presidency. The responses by viewers are not good. http://bit.ly/H0jj0u
