And this is the HYPOCRISY........heterosexuals don't believe their right to marry should be questioned, voted on and it is a FUNDAMENTAL right........but they feel justified in wanting to vote on the right to marry for Gays and Lesbians.......that's just pathetic.Heterosexuals have always had the legal right to marry.
Homosexual marriage, however, was laughed out of the US Supreme Court already, and since you're currently pushing the absurd idea again, prepare to have them tell you in no uncertain terms as a going-away present for Justice Scalia that you in fact never had nor ever will have a legal right to tie the knot and become homosexual squared.
Therefore please distinguish between political buggery on one hand versus an actual legal right conferred by the US Supreme Court that you've never had nor ever will.
Oh and SCOTUS didn't laugh Baker vs Nelson outta of Court......they didn't feel it was necessary to ever warrant a response......that's all and this time around......they will toss Section 3 of DOMA and probably dismiss the appeal of Prop 8 citing no Article 3 standing for the proponents of Prop 8!!!!
I hear Illinois could be next!!!
