Listening to the CNN/BHO network .........
I tried to listen to another campaign-style
speech by Obama, but the strident semi-hysterical
tone was a complete turn-off.
Mr. President, pick one or two subjects and say
what you have to say and get off the stage. We
used to laugh at Fidel Castro's 2 hour long
diatribes, but he now has a challenger.
Does he ever shut up?
#30095 Jul 24, 2013
I don't think so, the problem is that even thought his mouth is moving he says nothing. The pisser for me is that that idiot McCain has jumped on that clowns bandwagon. John has stopped playing with a full deck.
If anyone in this world want's to see how F***ed up politics in America is, all they have to do is look at New York City. It can't get any more goofy than that. But if I had to wake up and look at the woman he married, maybe I'd send out photos of my "Johnson" and at the same time if I was her, and had to look and listen to him whine, I'd run away from home and work with Hillary. What a zoo!
Damn near forgot about that other dipshit in San Diego.
Some of the progress party's wantabe leaders.
The peace and love cult down south here did in a couple of teachers yesterday, guess they tried to tell the students that the peace and love cult wasn't what it was cracked up to be.

Hmmmm .... just wondering .... did Geraldo send his pic to
More seriously, that one hour and six minute harangue by Obama
was essentially a State of the Union speech .... a 12 gauge
shotgun approach that scattershot 19 subjects, not one for
which he accepted any responsibility. I'll be honest ... as
always ... and say it was the most pathetic speech I've ever
heard from a politician.
It has been proved that the audience has a capability of
following and absorbing the content of a speech if it is held
to under 18 minutes. After 18 minutes every minute of further
speech detracts 2 minutes of content from the first 18. Only
a moron goes for more than an hour. No one in the room could
possibly answer the fundamental question, which was "What did
WH "strategists" and speechwriters clearly know their man is
in deep trouble and reacted by giving us "both barrels." It
didn't fly, nor should it. The fundamental problem is that his
staff consists of people who agree on principle with everything
he purports to believe, which means he gets no input from anyone
with a contrary opinion.
What I did not miss was his threat to use Executive Orders to
get his way if Congress didn't follow his wishes. In my book
that is an abuse of power.

Sorry Bill,I didn't hear it or read it. Nothying he could say or do would be meaningful at this stage of the game. It is for sure " turn out the lights, the party is over" for the Dems this time around. Gee! maybe there is a God after all?
#30098 Jul 24, 2013
Nah, the left wing loons and MSM have already anointed
Hillary. No matter who the GOP nominee is the die has already
#30099 Jul 26, 2013
Well, now that we have two or three sex scandals
out there to fill the MSM there is little doubt
that the real issues will be buried under the
rubric of "the people don't care about the 'other
Weiner is more important than keeping a focus on
The San Diego mayor patting a woman on the ass is
more important than Benghazi.
#30100 Jul 26, 2013
I watched O'Rielly the other day and at last he really ripped Bozo, Al, Jesse and the black caucus for not trying to do some thing for the poor blacks. For a change he was right on.
But the MSM will never pick-up on the facts, with them it's all smoke and mirrors.
The one to watch out for is Weiners wife, that stand by my man, is bullshit. That broad is taking a play right out of Hillarys play book, she has another reason for that "I forgive him" act of hers. Once she gets what she wants, she will toss him under a bus, or send him to the farm. Watch closely, I see a Clinton in the wings, or at the very least the DNC.
#30101 Jul 27, 2013
All of this is, of course, a mere distraction from the real
issues. Believing we are gullible enough to care more about
Weiner or sexual advances by a horny mayor, Americans' real
interests are ignored while the plundering goes on.
Common sense is becoming uncommon sense.
#30102 Jul 27, 2013
Isn't it about time for all of those Ron Paul folks to start championing another candidate? Haven't heard nary a word, have you?
Tha sad part is that most Americans are just that gullible, and the blacks don't care, they will hang in with the Dem's till the end of the earth. But there is still hope that the IRS and Libya are still on the front burner.
#30103 Jul 28, 2013
I believe the libertarian folk have looked at the demographics
and realize their ideas ... such as they are ... stand no
chance. They had their moment but overreached with so-called
principles that only play well among folks on the edges of
both the right and left.
Rand Paul is playing the same tune his father did by defending
primitive racism and catering to the fundamentalist Christian
crowd. To be honest I do not think he represents more than 20%
of those who identify themselves as Republican. They just shout
Their best strategy would be to link up with more moderate
Republicans and look for some gains on key issues like immigration,
foreign policy, or fiscal issues, but their underlying sense of
superiority prevents them from doing so. They don't play well
With Hillary the predetermined nominee I believe we will see
someone like Chris Christie, who is at the heart a populist
and pragmatist, become the candidate mostly likely to defeat
the Democrats. At the very least he will have positioned
himself as capable of working with both sides.
Back in 2008 the Democrats played on the "our first black
President card." This time they will play the "our first
female President card." The planned NBC special on Hillary
is only a prelude to the propaganda we will see. For them
them the only difference is that one was bi-racial and now
one has a vagina.
As for your first question, I doubt very much they have a
plan that will play well amid the reality of current politics.
They will, by their words and actions, isolate themselves
with unattainable demands.

Bill, Read today that Col. Bud Day died. If you read his story about being a prisoner north Vietnam, you will understand what a real man he was and why they gave him the Congresional Metal of Honor.
He was a mans man and told it like it was. I really liked what he thought of John Kerry. "I draw a direct comparison to Gen. Benedict Arnold of the Revolutionary war to Lt John Kerry". "Both went off to war, fought, and then turned against their country". Hell of a statement!!!!!
I don't know if they make them like him any more.
#30106 Jul 29, 2013
For whatever reasons the death of Bud Day was
beneath my radar. As I followed up on his story
I am perplexed but unsurprised that his death has
been virtually ignored by the media. Real
courage goes unrewarded. McCain's remarks were

The idiots at Topix are at work again with their childlish censoring.
Didn't like my three letter word.
#30109 Jul 30, 2013
Good grief, good buddy. What the heck is a "three
letter word" you couldn't post? I can't think of one.

While I'm here, just wondering what happened
to Subway Breath......
#30111 Jul 30, 2013
You lost me on that. Can't remember who your talking about.
#30112 Jul 30, 2013
I was referring to the poster calling himself Uidiots etc.
#30113 Jul 30, 2013
Your right, I haven't seen him listed on any thread. OH well, here today gone tomorrow. Sadly I wish the phony leaders (gag) would do the same.
#30114 Jul 30, 2013
My guess he is out "occupying" a subway stop near Bed-Sty.

Years ago on this forum I stated that Washington
D.C. cares little who is President or who serves
in Congress ... the State Department and any
number of other agencies (NSA, DHS, etc.) have
their own agenda. Presidents serve for 8 years
maximum while underlings can serve for as long
as they like.
Does anyone want to debate with me about this
