Just 24 percent of respondents have a favorable opinion about the GOP, and only 21 percent have a favorable view of the Tea Party, which are both at all-time lows in the history of poll.

The Obama administration is being accused of "burying" key changes to the federal health care overhaul, as discontent grows about the roll-out of the law.
The latest surprise came this week, when the Associated Press reported that individuals will have to obtain insurance coverage by mid-February in order to avoid an IRS penalty.
That's six weeks earlier than the March 31 deadline that previously was cited.
While an administration official confirmed the moved-up deadline to the AP, the reason the public now knows about it is because tax preparation company Jackson Hewitt pointed it out.
Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., in a written statement, blasted the administration for not being more up-front about these significant changes.
"This law is about as clear as mud, and instead of helping Americans understand their new obligations, the Obama administration has been burying important changes -- not announcing them boldly as you'd expect an administration that's proud of its new health care law to do. Americans deserve better from the officials who are so committed to implementing this train wreck of a law," he said.
Has anyone been officially informed by the IRS that they will need a health INSURANCE policy let alone the deadlines involved?

Do you need coverage in 2014 to be noted on the 2015 tax return?

But have individuals been officially notified by the IRS about the ACA?

Also one IRS web page on the individual "responsibility" of the ACA was showing revised Sept 24, 2013 on the bottom of the page.

One last issue. Those who use third party tax preparers like Jackson Hewitt or some of the income tax software will now be giving their medical information to third parties other than the government.

Yes, once again Obama and a the weak kneed congress is letting Obama make changes to a law he has no authority to change after passing both houses and signed by himself. This is against the law, the constitution and is basically saying King Obama can pretty much do what he wants with the money grabbers ignoring the truth while they stuff their bags.

I guess by being a low information voter you didn't file a 1040 long form moron. The health insurance is already indicated before it actually went into effect.

If it wasn't for lies, liberals wouldn't have any game plan at all. I wonder how much stimulus money went in the medias pockets for payoffs for their obedience and propaganda. The word journalist is now extinct.

The President Barack Obama administration has “chilled the flow of information on issues of great public interest,” according to a Thursday report that amounts to an indictment of the president’s campaign pledge of a more open government.

The report from the Committee to Protect Journalists, a non-profit dedicated to global press freedoms, said Obama has “fallen short” on his promises of a transparent government while at the same time forging ahead with an unprecedented effort — the “most aggressive” since the President Richard M. Nixon administration — to silence government officials and the media at large.

“Six government employees, plus two contractors including Edward Snowden, have been subjects of felony criminal prosecutions since 2009 under the 1917 Espionage Act, accused of leaking classified information to the press—compared with a total of three such prosecutions in all previous U.S. administrations,” said the committee’s report, prepared by Leonard Downie Jr., the former executive editor of The Washington Post.

In a 2008 campaign speech, however, Obama said:“I’ll make our government open and transparent so that anyone can ensure that our business is the people’s business. No more secrecy.”

Downie wrote that, because of the revelations of the NSA’s surveillance efforts by Snowden, government officials are “reluctant to even discuss unclassified” information amid fears that “leak investigations and government surveillance make it more difficult for reporters to protect them as sources.”

The White House objected to the report, the first time the committee has examined the press climate in the United States. The administration said Obama has given more interviews than his two predecessors combined, has placed online more government data, and has moved to limit the amount of classified government secrets.
I read this yesterday and found it to be very interesting. Along with using the NSA, the IRS and other agencies to "handcuff" the conservatives, Odumbo has also used the GEOBBELS tactic with the media. He is so "trustworthy" LOL.

Yeah, if only Obama had failed to kill Osama bin Laden; what a great win that would have been for America.
Well.........Obama did not kill Osama Bin Laden. He was at the White House having staged photos taken of watching the live feed of it. You know, the live feed that was cut out for over 30 minutes per Leon Panetta.

Also claiming credit for a kill that some say never happened (like people in the middle east) because Bin Laden was dead from complications of Malfron disease in 2001. While claiming credit has failed to provide the American people any proof in the form of pictures or documentation that shows the claim is real. Only his word.

And he has never lied right? President's do not lie right?

"I did not have sex with that woman"....Bill Clinton
"Read my lips, no new taxes"....Daddy Bush
"They hate us for our freedom and liberty"....Baby Boy Bush
"I am not a crook"....Dick Nixon
"Your taxes will not go up one dime"....Your Savior, worship him, Obama.

It's really bold of them to use descriptives such as "glitches" when the entire bill is an epic, cataclysmic disaster.
