All abortion must be illegal and those who preform them prosecuted.

We as a nation DO NOT punish the innocent for the crimes of the guilty. Now do we? The child produced by a rape is as much the victim of the rape as the child's mother.

The same holds true for the children produced from incest. The child is an innocent victim of his or her fathers crime.

For far too long we punished women who were rapped as if they asked or did something to encourage their rapist. We no longer do that however we are still punishing the innocent children for the crimes and/or indiscretions of their parents.

Under the 5th and 14th Amendments every person has the RIGHT to LIFE. Under the 14th Amendment every person also has the right to the full protection of the law. Every person's life begins at the moment of conception.

You need to check that constitution again--it refers to BORN or naturalized citizens, not fetuses.

So you think the woman's right disappear when the pregnancy occurs That's not in there either. She does not have to carry her attacker's spawn, or anyone else's either.

Every government official have taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Nobody is able to protect the Constitution as long as they are trying to change it without going through the proper channels. In other words no judge or5 politician is authorized to interpret the Constitution. That is because the Constitution is the law of the Land. The LAW by which all o5ther laws are judged. That includes Judge Scalia. As a matter of fact that borders on Treason against the Constitution. That leaves it closed to translation and interpretation. We MUST take the Constitution at face value adding nothing to it and above all not changing it to fit our political agenda or ideals. It is solid like a rock and the only way it can be changed, altered or corrected is by Amendment ratified by 2/3 of the states. U.S. Constitution Article V

14th amendment, first clause:
"Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. Only citizens have rights under the constitution.

I really wish you PLM zombies would not try to quote "science". Scientifically speaking, life is a process that has continued for millennia. Neither biology nor medicine pretend to say when life begins; that is a philosophical question. BTW--biological standards note that one becomes a member of one's species at birth, not before.

Non-person: She makes the decision for her own body and health; the fetus is "other" and expendable.

Person: No person can force another to sustain their lives against their will. You cannot give a fetus rights that born persons do not have.
