This whole thing is a publicity stunt by Obama anyway. It is just Obama pandering to his base just like Feinstein is to hers with a gun bill that her own party won't pass.

Our right to speak is already heavily under attack as are virtually all the rights guaranteed to Americans by the U.S. Constitution. Our nation has been hijacked by men who appear to be worse than Mohamed Atta in terms of the number of lives that they are willing to terminate in order to carry out their political agenda. We all know who the real terrorists are. They've been having their minions molesting the People at airports for over a decade. Now they want your guns. That's the reality. The treasonous scum must be stopped. Move to impeach Obama immediately. States need to pass nullification laws. Strategically recall elected officials who expressed support for abolition of the Second Amendment. Start pressuring local sheriffs to take a stand on the side of the People. Organize with neighbors and friends. Come to the support of those who are being attacked by the government. Does it have anything to do with fascism? I've noticed that statists will always resort to censorship and dirty tricks when they can't win the information war. That's because the truth is always more powerful than their lies and distortions.

A lot of people behave like sheep, even those who like to call others sheep. Group think abounds in our society, even among those who think that they are awake and at the top of the awareness meter. The globalist cults behind much of this evil are some of the biggest and blindest followers. However, they think that they're the enlightened ones and because of their esoteric knowledge they have the right to play god. Too bad what they are following will lead to untold human misery and to their own eternal damnation. What appears to be happening is a shift from the direction and control by the legitimate system of government authorized by the U.S. Constitution to what many referred to as the shadow government for many years.

Let me see if I have this right? The government will let us have the guns we already have,but they will halt the manufaturing of 150 diffrent kinds of guns? They hope over time the guns we already have will some how disappear, is that right? And Old drunk Joe, and Obama will convince us of the danger of protecting ourselves and volunteer to give up the guns we already have in our possssion. It is called brainwashin. All communist countries practice it. It won't work on real Americans who will die protecting the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Only after we dry out the alcoholics, and drug addicts in our government can we expect to return to normal government

Now stick some butter up your butt and GFY.
Pure bullshit. Here's the law diwit;

"Since the Firearms Owners' Protection Act of May 19, 1986, ownership of newly manufactured machine guns has been prohibited to civilians. Machine guns which were manufactured prior to the Act's passage are regulated under the National Firearms Act, but those manufactured after the ban cannot ordinarily be sold to or owned by civilians. There is no such thing as a "gun show loophole".
Are you truly this stupid not to know this? This was legisltion speifically wrtten ino the "Brady" bill, exempting private sellers from performing background checks.

The results?

A proliferation of gun shows throghout the United States immediately following he implementation of this bill;

"The study detailed how gun shows have become a readily available source of weapons and ammunition for a wide variety of criminals—including street gangs, white supremacists, would-be presidential assassins, and domestic terrorists. The utility of gun shows to such dangerous individuals stems primarily from the exemption enjoyed by private sellers from the sales criteria of the Brady law, including a background check. This, in turn, encourages licensed dealers (FFL holders) to sell weapons without following the sales criteria of the Brady law in order to compete with unlicensed sellers. "

The Violence Policy Center??? Really???? The lying (example above), extremely anti-gun organization that picks and chooses which stats to use in order to bolster their own "facts". ROFLMAO!!!! According to Dept Of Justice stats, less than 1%(0.7%) of all guns recovered from crime scenes where able to be traced back to a sale at a gun show. LESS THAN 1%!

Some citizens legally, aren't supposed to have any access to guns.
"Any weapon being used by law enforcement for protection is authorized for the people for protection" as you're claiming, can not be 100%.
<quoted text>
What you're referring to is the filing down of the sear pin on a semi-auto rifle.
Done by anyone other than a highly skilled gunsmith,
(Who wouldn't do it, being illegal)
You end up with a full auto, all the time, rifle. So as opposed to pulling the trigger and the gun fires automatically untill you release it, with an improperly machined sear pin, you pull the trigger once and the weapon fires untill the magazine is empty.
This is astoundingly dangerous and extremely impractical. I've got some pretty gun-nutty friends, and NO-ONE thinks this is a good idea.

Naw, the only ones laughing are the crazy loons that continue to elect Pelosi, Feinstein, Brown, etc, to represent them at all levels of govt. They are intoxicated with their revenge of electing those goof balls that are helping destroy the state of California and the nation.

And the crazy loons are so insane that they think that their contrary actions of exempting themselves from their own legislation is perfectly acceptable to the entire population.
