Huey Cobras had one two seats for the pilots but in Vietnam I saw Cobras with seat belts installed on the ammo bay doors so I asked a Cobra driver what they were for. He said that if another aircraft went down, they would "unload their ammo" and land and the downed crew would lower the ammo bay doors and strap in and take a ride on the outside. I never heard anyone complain!
Who said Chopper pilots were stupid!

The Great Recession gone? BS!! Unemployement still thru the roof. GM? Obama didnt save GM, he robbed my childrens future to bail the union out. We The People are paying for that. What about Solyndra? A ruling by the US Supreme Court is the law of the land. The US Supreme Court ruled on this matter. You can call it a "kangaroo court," but the ruling has been honored by lots of lower courts citing it, and none that ever said that the jurisdiction of the United States is limited to US citizens.

Everyone who is in the USA is subject to its jurisdiction except for foreign diplomats and their families. If people were not subject to the jurisdiction of the USA, they could not be brought to trial for committing a crime. Everyone in the USA must obey the laws and if not, can be tried for not doing so. The only exceptions are those who have diplomatic immunity.

The SCOTUS is the "Law of the Land?" When did the SCOTUS start drafting law and under what Constitutional authority do they do so?

PBS station sees donation spike after Romney vows to cut 'Big Bird'

Mitt Romney puts Big Bird in social media spotlight
SEATTLE, Washington -- The presidential debate over Main Street and Wall Street shifts to Sesame Street.
In Wednesday night’s televised debate, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney said he will cut funding for public broadcasting, if elected.
“I like Big Bird,” Romney said,“but I’m not going to keep spending money that we have to borrow from China to pay for it.”
The government spends about 1/100th of a percent of its total budget on public television and radio. That's about $1.35 per person, per year.

<quoted text>
What part of,“I like Big Bird,” Romney said,“but I’m not going to keep spending money that we have to borrow from China to pay for it.”, do you not understand?
Now, I would include the DoE, DoEd, DoL, EPA and OSHA. Not only would that save us fderal taxpayers a lot of money but it would also save businesses (jobs) a lot of money.
Rogue Moron, the largest drivers of the defecit and therefore national debt, as a percentage of the federal budget, are: the wars, the unfunded prescription plan, the Bush-era tax cuts.

To call the PBS budget "a lot of money," is beyond dumb. The cost:benefit analysis has been done and PBS wins.

Cut our government in half. Now, that's a big savings. It would also make for a much more effective government while also flushing out a lot of trash we don't need in DC to begin with. Dims will freak. Cut our government in half????????? Yes, with a good sharp axe.

Whatever...you have cherry picked and distorted the facts to prove you misguided point.
I greatly dislike Raygunz because of his archaic views.
Since when has Freedom become archaic? You think it is a violation of the law to comply with a federal law?
The cops pickup a guy who is acting crazy so a judge has him Bakerized for three days during which the doctors give him some anti-psychotic medication. On the third day he goes back in front to the judge and the guy seems sane so the judge releases him IAW the federal law. Now the guy doe snot stay on the free meds he was given and goes off his rocker again and again he is picked up by the cops and again he is taken in front of the same judges who puts him back in the psycho ward and is again given the same medicine and again on the third day sees the same judge who again has to release him. Do you think the cops like this? How about the judge? How about the doctors? They are all complying with the same stupid law that LBJ signed into law in 1967.
Ronald Reagan did not sign it, LBJ did!!! And you blame Reagan? You are the one who is sick in the head!
Oh, were you one of those that can not be held more than three days?

that is exactly what the Fuller Court tried to do with the Ark v. US.
It also looks like Justice Roberts may have given us another deduction by changing the Fine to a Tax.
