Judged: 2 2 1 ---------- FORALLTOSEE wrote: What happened to the war on terror? Oh, yea, Obama won it. What happened to Osama Bin Laden? Oh, yea, Obama got him. What happened to Gaddafi? Oh, yea, Obama got him too. What happened to the Great Recession? Oh, yea, GDP has been growing for three years. What happened to GM? Oh, yea, Obama saved them, and they are the number one car maker in the world. What happened to the stock market? Oh, yea, it has doubled since the stimulus. Please don't just repeat Fox Noise talking points. ========== Soldier wrote: The War on Terror is still being fought by the United States Military. "He" has won nothing besides a golf match. The Navy Seals got Osama Bin Laden not Obama. Just like President Bush didnt get Sadam, the U.S. Military did. Gaddafi? Please. Lets ask why he supported the Muslim Brotherhoods Presidential Candidate that is destroying Egypt. The Great Recession gone? BS!! Unemployement still thru the roof. GM? Obama didnt save GM, he robbed my childrens future to bail the union out. We The People are paying for that. What about Solyndra? What a scam!! Maybe you should spend some time watching Fox and learn the truth. Please, find proof that anything Fox has said is not true. Your King Obama has snubbed his nose at Isreal and now the United Nations. Snubbing the United Nations to appear on the view. Keep drinking your koolaid that we are paying for. Signed A United States Soldier!! |

Judged: 1 1 1 A ruling by the US Supreme Court is the law of the land. The US Supreme Court ruled on this matter. You can call it a "kangaroo court," but the ruling has been honored by lots of lower courts citing it, and none that ever said that the jurisdiction of the United States is limited to US citizens. Everyone who is in the USA is subject to its jurisdiction except for foreign diplomats and their families. If people were not subject to the jurisdiction of the USA, they could not be brought to trial for committing a crime. Everyone in the USA must obey the laws and if not, can be tried for not doing so. The only exceptions are those who have diplomatic immunity. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Rogue Moron, the largest drivers of the defecit and therefore national debt, as a percentage of the federal budget, are: the wars, the unfunded prescription plan, the Bush-era tax cuts. To call the PBS budget "a lot of money," is beyond dumb. The cost:benefit analysis has been done and PBS wins. |

Judged: 1 1 1 As we already know, the Supreme Court does not and cannot write laws. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Cut our government in half. Now, that's a big savings. It would also make for a much more effective government while also flushing out a lot of trash we don't need in DC to begin with. Dims will freak. Cut our government in half????????? Yes, with a good sharp axe. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Since when has Freedom become archaic? You think it is a violation of the law to comply with a federal law? The cops pickup a guy who is acting crazy so a judge has him Bakerized for three days during which the doctors give him some anti-psychotic medication. On the third day he goes back in front to the judge and the guy seems sane so the judge releases him IAW the federal law. Now the guy doe snot stay on the free meds he was given and goes off his rocker again and again he is picked up by the cops and again he is taken in front of the same judges who puts him back in the psycho ward and is again given the same medicine and again on the third day sees the same judge who again has to release him. Do you think the cops like this? How about the judge? How about the doctors? They are all complying with the same stupid law that LBJ signed into law in 1967. Ronald Reagan did not sign it, LBJ did!!! And you blame Reagan? You are the one who is sick in the head! Oh, were you one of those that can not be held more than three days? |

Judged: 2 1 1 that is exactly what the Fuller Court tried to do with the Ark v. US. It also looks like Justice Roberts may have given us another deduction by changing the Fine to a Tax. |
