FAIRNESS.a means of treating everybody equally, while $crewing the majority out of money, labor, time ,quality or quantity.then doing it at every opportunity ,till the taxes and shipping cost more than the product....AMEN,,,and all the british wanted in 1776 was 3pennys on a pound of TEA..

to me the most sane thing to do is "DONT PAY for SHIPPING AND TAXES "... dont buy on the internet.

Even with shipping it generally costs less to buy on the internet. Besides you can cheat the politicians out of the taxes.

PICK Any WORD IN THE DICTIONARY like market add a second word like fairness or equality or rights, add "TAX" after it . NOW go to the internet ,google iT, ODDS ARE its already on the federal state or county list of taxes.usually at least two. im sure the tax think tanks are already pondering something like "purchasers rights, middle market LONG HAUL EXCISE TAX" or "PREPONDERANCE EQUALITY MEAN AVERAGE MARKUP TAX"...theres just no end to a CASH STRAPPED BIG BROTHER.... lets try another..."long distance excess fuel and oil brick and morter excise TAX"... OR "UMBAY UNBAY EBAY , PREPAY WINNING BIDDER TAX"

It's not a loophole the law is that if you have a presence in the state you pay all the taxes including sales, this changes all of that. Why should I pay taxes to a state where I have no voice? That's called taxtion without representation.

50 years ago .congress never thought of "MARKETplace FAIRNESS"..when it ordered millions of PUBLIC HOUSING units built , and stuck the school and county taxes and other costs ,on the community.. AD INFINITUM... 50 YEARS OF tax shortfall with no money or compensation..and no "marketplace fairness".just higher taxes.

in penns woods they have gotten around the ONLINE SALES TAX...the harrisburgh think tank named it"USE TAX".. and it has its own spot on the state income tax form...washington calls it a online sales tax, just in case it dont pass ,pa calls it a use tax..and rightly so , a use tax ,for those being used. and they wonder why everybody leaves and goes south as fast as possible.

If the tax is already law why do we need a new law to provide it? It is not on the books. It is a new tax, and some pols like their jobs well enough to honor their Constituents wishes, and not increase taxes on people already taxed to death. It will not pass, because the people who are really the government do not want it.
