I know you like to keep saying that the house is blocking. There are going to be bumps but at this point, it's just wishful thinking. Question is; does creating a new internet tax count as "raising" taxes? Or Making people pay the taxes they are supposed to be paying already?

except you do not have to obey those states because it is not making each states income tax (or lack there of) that you have to pay. It is 1 even tax across the board much in the way a federal tax would be. you do not have to deal with 50 different state taxes.
And then again, Obama care is a federal tax (see supreme court) and it again, did not originate in the House. If this is gets passed/enacted then finally makes it to the court which it then gets struck down; my question is "do you think they will just let go of their new source of revenue or do you think they will put it back through properly.
Here again you don't understand the law. It is not a new tax, and it is not one even tax. A business will have to collect the sales tax based on the jurisdiction to which the merchandise is shipped. There are nearly 10,000 different sales tax jurisdictions in the US. If you ship something to me the rate would be 6.75% two miles south and the rate is 8.25%. That is the biggest problem. As a business owner I would prefer a tax to be collected rather than a bunch of different ones, with reports that must be filed showing tax collected for each jurisdiction.

Still waiting for boner's house to create just 1. A few years back, they lied about it being their priority.

If you have not had to pay a tax, and suddenly you do that is raising taxes. Maybe the brick, and mortor stores should work to get rid of their tax, then it would all be even.

Sad that you think raising taxes is the solution to everything. The Democrats would just waste the new money if we raise taxes. There was some talk about how 2014 was the election the Democrats could take back the House. They can't get gun control, they can't get the internet tax, they can't get global warming, and now Rubio is saying the House won't let them have Illegal alien amnesty. Awwwww!!! So Funny. And the more of Obama care the people see, the less they like it. It could even cost Democrats the Senate. Obama is right, he should just go home, golly!!!

I wondered that same thing. He comes out of left field trying to state fact and then when asked about it, he's on to the next one.

Anyways, on topic, I have already posted (page 1) how you just have to vpn/proxy your traffic to a more friendly country and then buy your items. Just like grandma who lives in Canada buying little Johnny socks whom lives in the USA. It doesnt matter where the product is being shipped as taxes come from the person whom pays and where they are located.

The states have no jurisdiction to collect taxes from other countries.

A typically stupid thing to campaign on. Sometimes you NEED to raise taxes, even if you're cutting expenditures. "Muddle class" is a good description of the class you're apparently in, though.

The way out of a recession is to stimulate the economy. The GOPee wants to cut spending sharply and impose austerity which will push us back into recession like it's doing in Europe. That's why you can't trust Republicans. They are stuid and they lie.

While it's good of you to admit you do what he quite accurately said you do, it's ridiculous and hypocritical to accuse him of it as well.

Oh, and it's Mr. Kettle and Mr. POT, idiot. You don't even know popular phrases, do you? LOL

Cat deals in bulk lies, sold by the bushel. He/she knows that if you stop to explain or defend your lies, you get behind on your deliveries and are in danger of going out of business.:)

It's not "creating a new internet tax," it's making people pay the sales taxes they should have been paying all along, but weren't.

Not "raising taxes" at all, contrary to what the GOPee whines.

The Demorats do not have the votes to get the tax increase, or gun control, or the illegal alien amnesty path to citizenship. When they don't get anything done their own supporters will begin to avoid them at the polls. Democrats are all about "what have you done for me lately?" and when they haven't done anything they lose.So funny, and so good to watch.

Again, you can't comment intelligently on any of these ideas or bills so you merely crow about how "the other side" can't pass them. Why? Because your party are PROUD obstructionists who hate progress so much they'll stand in its way every single time.

I'm sure you think it's "good" and "funny" that our country is falling apart and your party's behind it, but I consider it pretty close to treasonous, myself.

Here's hoping the voters see what you're doing, see that it's bad for America, and hand over the Congress to Dems in 2014. I'll laugh and laugh when they do....LOL

Because my party is protecting the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, and yours protects illegal aliens, and Obama's ghetto gunners. You can't win like that, ever.
