If the crap that the Dems put out was not right - then the REPS SHOULD VOTE TO OPPOSE IT. Obama played around for 3 months and a the last minute wanted to work across the aisle - and hand in shit - when he failed he sent in Biden. This way he can say "Biden" did it. Obama has no idea what his job as a President is or what he would be doing. Bill Clinton will have to answer the phone if it rings at 3 in the morning.

Apparently that senate deal wont pass muster with the house republicans. Not enough spending cuts. The fiscal cliff was a stop gap compromise agreed to so the debt celing could be raised. they had 6 months to do something meaningful. but it was just a ploy to get past the elections. this last minute deal is too little too late. Im glad the cliff is happening. it will be better in the long run.

McConnell begged Biden to dance with him. All but eight Senators sent this legislation to Cantor and Boner.

Historically Bad Congress
First Read: "Regardless of what happens today, the 112th Congress is going to wind up as the least popular and least productive Congress (in terms of legislation becoming law) in the modern era. For starters, Congress' approval rating the last time the NBC/WSJ poll measured it (in August 2012) was just 12%, and a whopping 82% disapproved of Congress -- the highest percentage in the history of our NBC/WSJ poll. In addition, just 219 bills have been passed into law -- the lowest number since Congress began tracking this number in the 1940s.(And many of these bills were naming courthouses or post offices.) The previous low was 333 in the 104th Congress (1995-1996)."

Way to go teabaggers and they still, don't LISTEN.

Except when Charles,David or Grover calls.

McConnell did NOT beg Biden - McConnell knew Obama was too stupid to know what was going on and he asked for Biden. Obama should have been doing this 6 months ago. After the election he went out and campaigned again to play in a toy factory. Then he went to Michigan to play and then he went on vacation, all the time the cliff is getting closer and closer. He is too busy trying to get his face on TV and talking to the cameras and trying to figure out how to get out of work and play golf.

Obama has to blame someone if it fails since he would NOT WORK WITH THE REPS. Obama is slicker than snot and he does not take responsibility for type actions so he will blame Biden.

You see how difficult it is to vote for independent thinking individuals. Look at the constant battles the Repub party has by its voters and the what we see elected or put into office. You would think four years after the 2008 debacle, this bull would have stopped. The Repub party is starting to enter dangerous territory as they are like the Democratic Party, controlled by elitists but unlike the Democratic party have the more cerebral voters, no matter what the 99% of the media, movies,tv, newspapers and the rest say. The sins of the father is about to come home to roost with progressives. They are to blinded by their power and the oppressors they have become. And when the worse happens they will drag most of us into it.

Personally, I think they'd just rather kiss up to Grover Norquist than support the American people.

Love all the tea party and Grover critics. As if either has any sway in a party that nominates Mitt and McCain or in a country where the dependency class in now the majority.

Be fair. Mitt and McCain were the best losers they could come up with.

Personally people are purchasing weapons to compensate for your elitist aspirations. For your actions there reactions. In the end, neighbor will kill neighbor....neighbor will rat our neighbor. History repeats. This time, the elitists will have no where to hide and get it after enough of us are killed and we realized what we did. Grover who?

Myself I like it when they dont pass laws. We have more than enough laws already. I would rather the legislation was debated to death than to willy nilly pass a great number of bills. I like grid lock. However Im not wanting the goverment to do anything for me. I just dont want the goverment doing anything to me. the best goverment governs the least.
