It's time to remove Kennedy from the bench.

A sad day for America. At least we won yesterday though.

Marriage isn't about government benefits but I'm not surprised that people who have deluded themselves into believing that they are in love with members of the same gender don't realize that.

First, Honor your Oaths of Office. By Law you can be held accountable to the People by the People, but make no mistake - you will be held accountable:

Second, Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama is not a legal 'president', he is a usurper - by Law and Oath they Must "Right that wrong" - Arrest him Under the Aliens and Seditions Acts, Publicly Try him for Espionage, and Then Legally Execute Him and those that have Aided and Abetted him, then go after the puppet masters.

Third, Enforce Our Immigration and Naturalization Laws and Secure Our Ports and Borders against illegal immigration/invasion - it's the Law - "Right" those "wrongs".

Stop Illegally and Treasonously using Our dollars to Aid and Abet terrorists, e.g., Al-Qaeda, Mexican Drug Cartels, the UN, ANYONE that seeks to "change (destroy)" Our form of government whether they're foreign or domestic - "Right" those "wrongs" - http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2013/06/1...

For 17 years we fought an uphill battle to rid ourselves of both DADT and DOMA.

Clinton signed these two into law under pressure from the republican held House. He hoped that if he threw gays under the bus, the republicans wouldn't impeach him for something in his private life,(that the House had no business inquiring about in the first place). He later stated that he gave in to the republican's demands by saying, "I gave into my shame",(for the Lewinsky affair). It wasn't much of an apology to gay Americans but it did highlight his flawed character.

But harming gays wasn't enough to satisfy the blood lust of the republicans. They impeached him anyway without his conduct reaching the level of stature that the law required for impeachment,(High crimes or treason).

There is now a consensus among constitutional scholars that the republican house over reached it's authority. But the damage was done. Now 17 years later, it's all over and the republicans have truly lost the battle of DADT and DOMA.

Also, let's welcome California as the 13 state to legalize gay marriage!

LET FREEDOM RING!

I agree. Kennedy should be removed, as well as Scalia & Thomas & Roberts & Alito.

Then President Obama can appoint their replacements!

That way the next ruling in favor of gay rights will be 9-0 instead of just 5-4!!

Excellent idea.

Right, that's why all those married heteros have voluntarily given up the 1100+ federal benefits they received.

Next up, Oregon & New Jersey & Illinois & Hawaii & Nevada & Colorado & Arizona & Ohio & Michigan etc, etc, etc.
