World Bank: Climate change could cause massive damage

There are 5 comments on the www.usatoday.com story from Nov 19, 2012, titled World Bank: Climate change could cause massive damage. In it, www.usatoday.com reports that:

What would the world be like if it were four-degrees warmer? The answer, in a new report released by the World Bank, is dire: extreme heat waves, floods, drought, sea-level rice, food shortages.

The world is on course to warm as much as 4 degrees Celsius, or 7 degrees Fahrenheit, by 2100, prompting extreme heat-waves, severe drought and major floods as sea-level rises, warns the World Bank in a new report.

Data: No global warming for decades.
No significant increases in drought for
40yrs.
No increases in sea levels as predicted twice
in major studies.
No increase in desertification as predicted.

Conclusions: It's the Sun, Stupid.
Predictable reverse of last
MiniIceAge.
Sunspot activity decreasing to zero
suggests a cooling period, possibly
the start of another MiniIceAge in
within twenty years.
Fear mongering by One World Government
types dedicated to devolving the USA.

Hold on to your asses and get off dope. You couldn't change anything anyway.

No conflict of interest here. The report was completed by Climate Impact Research and Climate Analytics, whose mission is to educate about climate change, will be objective.
This just in. UN commissions study from McDonald's on effects of fast food and obesity. McD's says no link found.
Why not commission an independent pool of scientist, not a group of scientist who work for an organization that is based on the belief of climate change.
