This was over on Sunday. The recount had to be finished by then, and it was. But Mr. West still didn't like the result and claimed that the state hadn't finished the recount. The state confirmed that the recount had increased Mr. West's loss.

It is over. It has been over since noon EST on Sunday 11/18/2012.
