Says the moron.

Does it happen, gay and straight, yes it does.

So, do we ignore the risks, or actually educate people, regardless of sexuality to the risk? There is a third option, we could be morons, like yourself, and bury our head in the sand. I'm sure that will fix it.

Moron.

At least the brother and sister got the plumbing right. You on the other hand?
Are you trying to prove you are a moron, because we're already aware of that.
By the way, were you trying to make a legitimate point? Yes, incest does and has existed... And your point is?

You really aren't very bright.

You have yet to actually make an argument. Casting aspersions is hardly the same thing. Let us know when you are capable of sitting at the big boy table.

Anal intercouse is unacceptable and dangerous whether two consenting adults indulge or not gay or straight. In fact there are many things two consulting adults engage in that are very dangerous, unethical, illegal, morally unsound, or unhealthy. Like most polititians.
Why penalize children with one of your own specialties Lides?
Plenty of people respect my opinion Lides and it brings me great pleasure that an uppity like yourself has to take a soft hands approach of insults to me.

You've never been around straight men then, I once worked next to a construction site and the guys didn't realize I could hear them chatting. That's all they talked about day after day, getting their girls to do anal. They talked about it as if it was some great victory. Is the vagina THAT unfun that you have to search out new frontiers?

1. Once again, you seem to suffer from the delusion that the world revolves around you and your opinion.
I have been to Disney World several times, and have seen heterosexual PDA. Feel free to back up your position with some facts. So far, you've asserted that they showed up, and wore T-shirts. My, that is truly scandalous.
2. Wondering, the inept letter you have posted proves nothing, except for of course that people can find out about the event and avoid the resort on that day. Once again, you have diffused your own argument.
3. If you were any smarter, you could actually offer a factually supported argument, instead you offer one inept letter that undermines your position.
Well played.
1. It appears that you didn't understand the letter. Here:
http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-gay-days.htm
have a kid explain it to you.
2. Of course you find the letter inept, you don't like anyone saying anything bad about you and the other gays, not even if they are gay themselves.
3. Did you ever wonder why you're single, why no one wants you?
Read some of your posts.

Calling the kettle black aren't you? I wasn't going to respond to you, I thought it was a waste of time, but then standing up against ignorant bigotry isn't. Seriously? an 'invasion of homosexuals'? That's the real problem isn't it? You feel invaded because eventually you won't be able to have an excuse to hate anymore, just got to have something to hate for you to feel superior...eh little man?
1. "Disney World is in Florida, not CA."- Conceded, just wanted to make sure your not trying to change locations
2. "Most people don't know about 'gay days'..."- You found out. May have been true years earlier but not anymore, bigots are making sure the word is spread..Hell, their even hiring planes to fly over Disney! Just so people like you can go there and ruin it for EVERYBODY!
3.' I'm avoiding nothing'-Yes you are, but I'll limit it to this discussion. You have NOT acknowledged that the same things you find disgusting at 'gay days' happen at ANY sporting event in the country. PDA's are minor compared to what happens at a football game.
4.'That's pretty disgusting'- I find 'straight' PDA's equally disgusting, especially when I'm eating in a restaurant! Not to mention the concessions I'm asked to make for YOUR children that you chose to have. Ever sit in front of a chair kicking kid in an airplane?
5.'Typical?'- Yes your very typical of a person living in a repressed society. And you and your kind, do force your views on others, otherwise I wouldn't have had to marry in Europe!
6.'No hypocrisy here'- Man I could tear you apart but I won't. How many times have you shown your wife affection in public?!
We apparently define "affection" differently. Not surprising, gays have their own dictionary.

This sums up that gay man's letter:

A more realistic example is the fact that same-sex couples who are married in Canada are recognized in New York, yet they are NOT recognized by the federal govt. So obviously the STATE recognition (or lack thereof) means NOTHING as far as the feds are concerned.
The ONLY thing the feds care about is whether or not the marriage was legally contracted, not which states recognize it or the current state of residence. Just as with inter-racial marriages and 1st cousin marriages.
because of DOMA dude...
but the decision is that the state of residence has the choice, and the fed obliges like they do in most other federal programs...
geez you don't have much "fact".

so is that based on hwere you were BORN?
Nope, its where you LIVE...
and the federal govt cannot tell a state to recognize any marriage...

Look into how medicaid works for crying out loud!

I would say you will understand soon, but you never will, when the court finds it, you will just declare them a bigot and refuse to learn...

We disagree, that's not a reason to insult you. Insults from me are most always in response to insults to me. They aren't effective and often highlight a losing position.

I'm not avoiding your comment/question. I've answered it. Disney World is not Gillette Stadium. Some people will always be out of line regardless of their sexual preference. I think alcohol at those pre-game tailgate parties should be banned.

Medicaid is different as it is one of the few federal programs administered primarily by the states.

The federal govt won't be telling states to recognize any marriage. The feds will simply recgonize all legally contracted marriages regardless of residence and pay federal benefits accordingly, while the states will do their own thing.

IF the SCOTUS specifically orders the federal govt to recognize only those married same-sex couples living in states which allow same-sex couples to marry, then I can live with that until we change the SCOTUS.

I NEVER said they CAN'T make such a ruling, I simply stated my opinion that they likely WON'T make such a specific ruling. Lacking such specificity, it will be up to the DOJ to interpret the ruling and execute it accordingly. And I see no reason to believe the DOJ will instruct govt agencies to do anything different than what they currently do for all other married couples, which is recognize all legally contracted marriages regardless of the current residency.

Oh but I have and I am Lides. It's just so boring telling the same thing over and over again to mostly dimwits. I'm suprised that you being the brighter yet gayer dimwit of them all still spends his precious most valuable time on topix.
My little Ernst Rohm lover you.

Nothing like a little gay history month eh Lides? Instead of drilling Hitler into our children's minds we can explain how ol Ernst helped form the Nazi party with his own legion. Then we can go on and discuss in great detail the Bolshevik Revolution and the orchestrators of it all. Or how bout the unconstitutional Federal reserve bank and its role in the current destablization of the dollar? A 'private' bank that isn't even a federal entity. The Bilderbergs too Lides. Or how bout the assassinations that just seem to go on forever. Nothing like history repeating itself eh Lides?

.
see the state's determination on the allocation of ITS benefits is what is the primary power over the fed....
this , like medicaid, is why the state's control ELIGIBILITY...
and this is clear in the DOMA decision:
"However, the denial of federal benefits to same-sex couples lawfully married does burden the choice of states like Massachusetts to regulate the rules and incidents of marriage; notably, the Commonwealth stands both to assume new administrative burdens and to lose funding for Medicaid or veterans' cemeteries solely on account of its same-sex marriage laws. These consequences do not violate the Tenth Amendment or Spending Clause, but Congress' effort to put a thumb on the scales and influence a state's decision as to how to shape its own marriage laws does bear on how the justifications are assessed."

this speaks to the paying of benefits, not the rubber stamping of a marriage license!

they analogize MEDICAID for cripses sake...
is that based on the state of birth? the state where the disability happened? or the state of RESIDENCE?

If a state did not recognize gay marriage, they would be forced to work off of the federal gov't benefits package, an outcome the decision clearly repudiates.
