Republicans Hold Hearings About Hillary Clinton's Poll Numbers

There are 33 comments on the www.newyorker.com story from May 10, 2013, titled Republicans Hold Hearings About Hillary Clinton's Poll Numbers . In it, www.newyorker.com reports that:

Republican lawmakers asked increasingly tough questions today as they held another day of hearings to investigate, in the words of Rep. Darrell Issa (R-California), “Hillary Clinton’s suspiciously high poll numbers and what can be done to make them lower.”

“With the help of Fox News, we have brutally attacked Hillary Clinton for months, and yet she remains more popular than ever,” Rep. Issa said. “This committee needs to know how that happened, and how we can keep it from happening in the future.”

Like it freaking matters. No matter who gets "selected" through the use of campaign contributions to their Super PACS, nothing will ever change.

Did anything change from Clinton to Baby Boy Bush? Nope.
Did anything change from Baby Boy Bush to Obama? Nope.
Will anything change from Obama to XXXXX? Nope.

We will still have more debt, more wars, more Americans being sent to foreign lands as a sacrifice to false pretenses, more government intervention against the people as a whole no matter their party affiliation.

Nothing will change.

So keep it up. Praise Hitlery. Carry that hypocritical elite flag and carry it high. Be proud of the hypocrites! Also, make sure you get out there and support the most corrupt individual on the ticket that is selected for you.

Because you have no choice. The choice of A or the choice of B. But the choice of A or B is already made for you. And they give you the illusion of choice. But just like George Carlin said, "You have no choice".

Wow, ahhhhhhhhhhh. Just wow.

The media in general is a complete joke based on manipulation of information. It was Stalin who said, "To control the opposition, use the information the opposition uses."

And I agree that False News is the worst when it comes to factual news.

However, I am not sure where you get your numbers. According to neilsen ratings, Stewart at best pulls in 1.6M viewers per night. Which generally comes in 5 behind 4 False News programs.

So before you make a stupid comment like that. How about you do some research instead of passing opinion as fact.

Based on what?

It drives me nuts and spins me out of control the stupidity of people in general. How they have no standards. How they complete will follow, support, and champion an individual not based on their deeds, but, what party they are affiliated with.

Like you for instance. If Hitlery was a Republican, you would find every piece of bad media you could to target that individual. But, since Hitlery is a Democrat, you will champion that piece of corrupt filth.

It won't change. here is more to life than fretting. Compartmentalize.

And if you can't see the difference between
Bush I and Clinton
or
Bush II and Obama,

You are really not looking at this from the workingmaan's point of view.

In other words, less theoretical, and more Disco.

Or, look to the Bible for solice:

If the quotes by this partisan idiot New Yucker blogger are true, why hasn't even one 'news' outlet reported on it--not MSDNC, CBS, ABC, PBS or even Mad-cow? The only sources for the quotes are this blog, cited by tens of other blogs.

Thanks for the correction on my #'s. Sorry I couldn't be bothered to Google Nielsen while taking a dump this AM, which is where Topix usually resides in my list of things to do for the day :)

"Mrs. Clinton seems to be the master of "I didn't know" by ensuring she was kept out of the loop by her own people. IF she didn't know about the security request, she should have known, and if she selected unqualified people to make security decisions in her stead, she is responsible for selecting incompetent underlings."

Posted in the New Yorker....says it all.

If you claim she didn't know, then why was she called to testify ?? Oh right, second guessing BS, by wing nuts who lost the election....

Instead, what we have after eight months of investigation, 11 congressional hearings before five committees, 20 staff briefings and 25,000 pages of documents is exactly what we started with: a tragic situation with lessons to be learned, but not a grand conspiracy. It is sad that Rep. Darrell Issa has decided not to conduct a series of hearings to help solve the problems that out diplomats face every day but rather to engage in a partisan, political witch hunt for a conspiracy and cover-up that doesn't exist.
