Furthermore Mr. whitey you have already become politically correct because you first hate obama for the color of his skin but YOU CAN'T SAY IT IN A PUBLIC FORUM ANYMORE.

Since i have some thoughtful educated friends from the city in Georgia called the City of Champions,...there is hope for even you.

agreed!
Please notice I gave Congress and Obama equal billing for both bringing up, and passing the bill signing it into law. Both houses and the president had the capability to strip or change the 6 billion from retirees to other equal budget saving measures, they just plain didn't want to.

Presidents don't have the authority to change congressional bills submitted to him for approvals. Clinton used that approach in balancing the 1995 Budget and in 1997 the Supreme Court rule that maneuver unconstitutional

You may hear talk that the last time the budget was balanced Republicans helped but the truth is that Congress agreed in negotiations to give Clinton Line Item Veto power, and Clinton vetoed tons of Republican provisions from the final bill before signing the budget into law negating things like program cuts and drastic tax cuts for the upper income earners, the result was 4 years of budget surpluses and this came after the Republican Shut down of the government.

The strategy was dismal at best for the Republicans who saw Newt Gingrich drummed out of washington for leading that shut down.

You sought out any information to try and refute the actual facts, even reports from 2009 and 2010 which this report was published, and that was during the greatest economic crisis America has ever seen in your lifetime.......... However, this won't work because the information omits Federally Funding support programs like Earned Income Tax Credits, SNAP profiles and Medicaid programs. There are approx 4 Million American all over the country receiving Public Assistance, or welfare check.

It's those eating and care programs that the Federal Government Funds where the southern region dominates and lives off the sweat, blood and tax revenue provided by Blue State liberals where wages are higher.....

Unless you logically believe and are arguing that poor people in the south living on low wages pay income taxes? And I'm not yet drunk enough to begin giving that nonsense any thought......... ROFLMAO, It's those low wage Wal Mart and Piggly Wiggley workers who receive the bulk of Poverty Payments to lift themselves out of their economic despair.

Texas may be a little different, Texas poverty resembles any third work country...... Texans do nothing for their neighbors and even less for the poor especially the minority in Texas.

Living among the leeches really bothers you I see, you're desperate to change the narrative.

Federal funds going to states in the central part of America INCLUDE military bases, defense aircraft and weapons plants, NASA and other items in order to make them as unreachable to enemies as possible. It doesn't necessarily mean welfare as a bigot marxist attempts to make them appear to be. Man, you people are really stupid. You really need to quit pissing down your own leg with your regurgitated false adverstising..........try to win a few more state legislatures and governorships, lower taxes and maybe some more companies will build in your state rather than leave..........LMAO
However..........if you want to cut us off..........then Texas would be allowed to keep the 250 billion we put into the federal coffers each year????????
OK by us........when do we start. bozo?

yeah, that sounded real good there Gustav. But you forgot the part about how Clinton grabbed the funds to balance his budgets from SS.

Not to mention his impeachment over Lewinsky, his lies and the deaths surrounding both he and his wife, all the other crap with his affairs, the illegal activities in the stock markets, now Benghazi with his jerk-wife.

The list goes on and on. Too bad you support this parasite. If you will hold him up on the pedestal, what won't you do? Kinda sucks, don't ya think?

The phony impeachment of Bill Clinton was brought about by the resentment of the failed presidency of Republican Richard Nixon, and the disastrous reign of Criminal in Chief Ronald Reagan, who avoided impeachment for Iran Contra and supplying the arms and missiles that killed the US Marines in Lebanon and the American nuns in South America, because of the Democrats putting Country first

The Republicans had been diabolical up to that point in administering the operations of America and had run up massive debts turning the $880 Billion national debt before Reagan to $2.9 Trillion upon his exit from the White House.

I'd rather not think you are engaging factless spin in your paragraph about Texas...so what do you base our statement upon. Is it just Blue/Red fanboy talk? Have you been toTexas, or actually been to any 3rd world countries? Is your area inundated with illegals? Think the Commonwealth could handle it in the budget?

Good then we get rid of Joe Balls and he has to get a job flipping burgers. Anyway why do we have to pay for a so called war injury when mama in the Vietnam ho house beat him on the head for not paying the $2 dollar ho fee? Let that azzhole go collect change at busy intersections with the rest of them.
