In the light of today's constellation of forces and interests in Eastern Europe, Germany needs to adopt a "new Eastern policy." A future German approach should combine high level of attention to Russia with more care for, what has sometimes been called, "intermediate Europe" -- first of all, for Ukraine.

Yanukovic will be for 20 years leader if follow the example of ex-partner of Milosevic in Montenegro, and make Ukraine liberal country as USA and member in eu-nato-euro.

German and other Western European countries are going to have a labour shortage soon and could use a lot of Ukrainian workers, many who are now producing Russian military equipment.

Plus Europe could use extra resources while buying, using a lot of top quality agricultural land in Western Ukraine.

Europe needs to keep expanding in the future. Ukraine has a lot of what they want need.

Also... Ukrainians have good mathamatical, computer skills which Germans lack.

Ukrainka is not ready to enter into civilized association with countries in EU yet.
Perhaps, in 20 years this country may apply ?

Ukraine will not join the EU or NATO while Yanukovich is in power, how many times do you need telling? He'd rather Ukraine become a part of a new Soviet Union.

Sure pal. The krauts could use some ukrainka milkmaids to hump. Only flaw with the product is that the thing is riddled with STDs.

If Yanukovic not make Ukraine liberal and not join eu-nato-euro, he will have the future of Milosevic.

Biggest delusional lie I've read for a while now!
There is shortage of economic grows, hence big unemployment.
EU workers are protected by employment laws, therefore- if one is to work legally he is not going to stimulate economy by creating jobs.
As for current Ukraine workers in EU- most of them are illegal workers- killing economy!
