At least they are taking the ruling in Windsor into account before ruling in this case, they didn't have to.

I am delighted that many States are now re-examining how they are enforcing the law in these instances.

But I am not shocked that the anti-gays want to waste more taxpayer money and the children's money trying to defend these laws.
