There never was a push for the president of Syria to leave. The so called push has been coming from the american government and israel from day one. They have been hoping for the last 2 years to repeat what was done in Libya in Syria but the brave Syrian citizens have stopped them at every turn.

Do you morons really believe anyone gives a sh*t? It is in the best interest of the US, China, Russia and any other countries that actually matter to keep this conflict going on as long as possible. At the end of the day, it will either be Assad....or some other tyrannical despot....Either way...who cares? Syria is irrelevant.
