Sorry, Charlie, I am a Democrat...have been for many, many years as was my father before me. I am, however, a Democrat who loves this country...enough to serve in the USMC. Enough that Monday morning I will raise the United States flag at a historic cemetery in a community whose men have fought and died for it. I, along with a neighbor, will walk among these graves and say "thank you." We do that every holiday.
I live in a community made up of Democrats. About 10% of these people, black and white, will vote for a Democrat in November. The other 90% will not. A few are disappointed, hurt, and ashamed to have voted for the hero of the Chicago Southside who is in the white house now...when he is not on vacation or playing golf...or fundraising for a crony.
No, Mr. Liberal, we do not like Barack Hussein Obama here. And we don't like what he is attempting to do to our nation. So you can pee and moan all you want, his days as president are numbered...we can hardly wait to vote him out in 2012.

Thank you. How many times can they go over and over Al Sharpton, the NAACP and the Black Panthers? It's a free country. Everyone has the right to hold a rally or a march. The Beckheads are so racist, they go on and on about how dare Al Sharpton organize a rally to celebrate a black civil rights leader. All the right-wing Christian fascist leaders over the last 40 years have tried to attach themselves to Dr. King and Ghandi, they're practically saints, don't we all know. Beck sold it he put is life in danger and was doing the same thing Dr. King did. What was Beck fighting for? For old fat white folks to keep their social programs, SS and Medicare by saying they hate social programs.

A week after the Muslim community center controversy, another right-wing Christian preacher started asking Christians for money to have a big far-right Christian church near ground zero. He raked in several million dollars selling them god, exactly like Beck did, and he was also saying he might be killed over telling "the truth." All those grifter selling god for money folks say the same things. Next we will hear Beck bought a private jet, just like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell. And, of course, he will sell it he needs protection because he is such an American hero, that's the only reason he needed a private jet.

Sorry wingnut I don't believe you're a Democrat, don't give a sh1t where you live, who your family is, and what the fu&k are you insinuating wrapping yourself in the flag and bragging about serving???

You think you're the only one that ever served our country???? You think you're the only one that loves America???? You think you're the only one that honors those that never made it back???????? I sure don't see you telling these wingnut bigots to show respect when making ignorant remarks about Muslims while others WHO ARE ALSO SERVING are STILL out there trying to convince Muslims in the middle-east they can trust us. Why don't you show a little respect, patriotism and concern for them????

So are you going to address the "redistribution" of wealth from the middle-class to the rich and their corporations????? Why don't you show a little concern for the American middle-class??? Why do you want to "redistribute" the tax load from the rich and corporations onto us????

If the rich and corporations have more to lose if attacked and make the bulk of the money, why the hell shouldn't they pay a proportional share of what it costs to keep America going so they can make more???

Blackwater won contracts with web of companies - Network let it obscure involvement from contracting officials and public

Blackwater Worldwide created a web of more than 30 shell companies or subsidiaries in part to obtain millions of dollars in American government contracts after the security company came under intense criticism for reckless conduct in Iraq, according to Congressional investigators and former Blackwater officials.

The network of companies — which includes several businesses located in offshore tax havens — allowed Blackwater to obscure its involvement in government work from contracting officials or the public, and to assure a low profile for any of its classified activities, said former Blackwater officials, who, like the government officials, spoke only on condition of anonymity.

Actually the make or break time for the economy occured during the election campaign and the bailouts were already underway when Obama took office.

He did manage to run the unemployment rate from under 8% to 10% but that is an accomplishment that Obama would rather forget.

No it didn't but you certainly have the right to delude yourself especially to think that an economy that you morons took to the brink of complete collapse is magically going to turn around in just a short time. I don't give one big old damned what you believe or don't believe.
Your idea of a political party is probably a bunch of dope smokers sitting around playing with each other. One certain fact is that you are an ultra-liberal with socialistic leanings. And your idea of fical responsibility is to spend everyone else's money.
Oh, well, we'll get your homeboy neutered this November and then send him packing in 2012.
As far as your racism comments...you are the one who is a racist. That's all you know how to do...play the race card when things look bad for you. Face it, your homeboy is in way over his head. And his narcisistic attitude discourages anyone from wanting to help him. The rest of us are just praying that he doesn't ruin our country completely before he is gone.

They are having a rally to commerate MLK
They have the NAACP and the New Black Panther Party
and minister little boy Flauntroy all preaching hate and racial division.
Hardly has anything to do with Martin Luther King's dream.
I am judging these peoples actions by the content of their characters, all have proven themselves to be racist, race baiting purveyors of hate.
The second point is Martin Luther King Jr. was a great American.
He belongs to all Americans, just as does George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, not just black Americans. Also The National Mall is the just, an area designated for peaceful assembly for all Americans. As I recall January 15th is the day dedidcated to Martin Luther King Jr., not August 28th.
Go back and find the post where I said black panzies were marching, you assumed Black Panthers.
There were people wound up be the race baiting hate speech at Al Sharptons so called MLK rally.
But judging them by the same standards as Ben Jealous
"expel the bigot and the racists in your ranks or take full responsibilities for all their actions".
http://www.youtube.com/watch...
so if you notice at the end of this clip Malik Zulu Shabazz
states King Samire Shabazz is still welcome in the new black panzy party
http://www.youtube.com/watch...
Since Malik Zulu Shabazz states he express solidarity today with Al Sharpton and all of the black leaders....
Racist, Hate, Monger...solidarity with Al Sharpton and the NAACP

remember the standard
"expel the bigot and the racists in your ranks or take full responsibilities for all their actions".
So we have Al Sharpton, little boy Flauntroy, the NAACP and the New Black Panther Party disgracing the memory and the spirit of the Martin Luther King "I Have A Dream" speech, winding people up and send them like panzies to the Glenn Beck rally to cause trouble.
Lastly you keep saying you didn't see anything worse than the signs a Tea Party rallies.
So I guess that's where you miss the point.
This was not a Tea Party event
It was not a polically partisan event
Yet the idiots at the Al Shartpon defile the memory of MLK rally wound these people up with hate speech and send them over to protest Glenn Beck hijacking MLK day.
It seems to me black people want be divisive, Al Sharpton was invited to participate in the Faith, Hope and Charity rally. Instead he chose to hold a counter rally and sell hate and racial division.
I am merely holding them to the same standard...

Look, I was just trying to clarify what you said. If you didn't mean Black Panthers when you said Black Panzies then that pretty much does it, doesn't it? I have no respect for Al Sharpton and his ilk so "arguing" with me about that is a little silly.

People were making stuff up to cause trouble
Al Sharpton, Ben Jealous and Minister Flauntroy claiming Glenn Beck was trying to Hijack MLK's message.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of "interposition" and "nullification" -- one day right there in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together."

This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with.

Until Al Sharpton and the NAACP are called out for their racist, double standards, race baiting and wholesale hate for sale, it will never stop. If they associate with and/or allow The New Black Panther Party to share their stage , then they are promoting hate and racial division.

They are the ones who Hijacked Dr. Martin Luther King's message.
As far as I can see they are all severely lacking in "content of character"

"expel the bigots and the racists in your ranks or take full responsibilities for all their actions"

Do these people want racially harmony or not ?
If they do they have to be held accountable.

Whose Obama going to blame when the tax cuts expire and we have a real depression?

More quoted words of Obama today while he wasnt playing golf.
“For a decade, middle class families felt the sting of stagnant incomes”

What a kidder, he’s a laugh a minute – middle class families are now out of work and on 99 weeks of unemployment insurance. When you’re out of a job you are no longer considered middle class!
I don’t know how the Fed gubmint is existing now due to the number out of work? A simple thought with a simple observation. American taxpayers have had enough and many can’t meet their mortgages due to higher property taxes. Couple that with higher insurance on houses, autos, and now health, it’s going to get ugly really fast. I expect inflation to spiral out of control starting Jan.‘11.
I look back now at my working for almost all of my adult years, my 6 years of serving my country in a little place called Vietnam a war started over a lie called the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. Jimmah Carter and a failed one term president who kissed ass all over the world. Nixon who got us home with some honor only to see liberals turn their backs on Vietnam.Ford who attempted to unite the country after Nixon screwed up. Ronny Raygun who walked out of Lebanon and 373 of our finest were murdered in their sleep and did nothing. Clinton who actually did something other than loathe our military. I quite havent figured out what he did other than what he tells us still today.Bush? glad that he couldnt run again and now..but at least we had an income that didn’t come in the form of an unemployment check. And now I am very concerned that I might not have a job nor an income nor a country that isnt ruled by Shira Law.But mostly my concern is for my grand kids and those great great grand kids including those who might live and survive our ongoing presnt genocide called abortion. 300 billion Muslims of which it is estimated that 3 million are extremist. Thats 10% of our population. you do the math.
I am almost ashamed to call my self an American. If i were to win the lottery, I would pay the taxes on it denounce my citizenship and move to some island paradise and maybe see if old Charlie Rangle would sell me some beachfront real estate. As Keith Obltoon says, good night and good luck.I will expand that good luck wish to America.

Agreed.
