<quoted text>When did the Democrats ever care about what a company says? Did they care what BP said during the closing of the Gulf? Did they care what owners of Sun Tan salons and medical device manufacturers said about getting taxed to support Commie Care? Did DumBama care when he attacked banks and credit card institutions because they were placing fees on irresponsible borrowers who typically vote Democrat? Did the Democrats care about the tens of thousands of businesses with over 50 full time employees that have to suffer the regulations of Commie Care?

Democrats don't care what any business thinks. That's not why they don't keep our resources here. They sell our energy for profit just like those big bad oil companies. Liberals hate privately run businesses of all kinds.

<quoted text>Your stupid right-wing blather of taxation is not fair representation. If, say, Romney earns 50 million times more than I do, then perhaps he has a 50 million times greater stake in the country and should pay his share accordingly. But giving him a tax advantage, like the one he has, makes him millions of times more powerful than me. That is not fair representation - no taxation without representation. It was true in 1763 and it still holds true today – or does it? Romney was born rich and went to work on Wall Street as a venture capitalist to get even richer by picking over the assets and pensions of struggling companies and throwing workers out on the street. To add insult to injury, he and his scummy friends used their riches to bribe lawmakers to give them tax rates lower than those of working stiffs creating huge deficits in the government budget. Incredibly, they are now trying to use the deficits they created with their tax breaks to justify cutting benefits for the middle class and poor that need them more than ever thanks to their greedy behavior.
Talk about blather! I offered an alternative! Tax EVERYONE at the same percentage with no deductions! That is as fair as fair can get!

Wait a minute, that's not what you have been implying for days now.
If it cuts into domestic profits, sell more overseas at a higher profit margin.
So you are saying, you would prefer the government force companies to keep their product here, rather than the government produce here and only affect the company with competition?

< CORRECTION >

No domestic company is export only.

It would cut into their domestic profits.

If the government were to hire a private contractor to drill domestically for domestic consumption.

It wouldn't make any sense to produce oil here and sell it to the consumers at world market prices.

**********I wouldn't "force" any company to keep their product here.

I would suggest the companies sell their domestic product destined for the domestic market be sold at a discount.

If one company were to produce oil here, their product exclusively destined to be sold in the U.S., they would corner the market.

I know I wouldn't buy any other fuel.

Why didn't they wait for an approval?

A U.S. government-sponsored report gave full-throated endorsement on Wednesday for the expansion of liquefied natural gas exports, saying that shipping surplus gas abroad would help the overall economy, despite raising energy prices.

Although owners of natural gas resources and many downstream investors will benefit from the export boom, regular wage-earners will face higher home heating costs, the report said.

Soon we'll be in the same situation as petroleum.

Typical leftist answer to government forcing people: put up with it.
Well we're not going to put up with it. We will fight to the very end to bring our nation back to a somewhat free country. We will go out and vote against all anti-business politicians like DumBama. And who knows? Maybe encourage the private sector to invest and create jobs once again.
YES.

All those companies can "self regulate".

Profit at all cost or casualty.

And give them taxpayer money as a bonus.

They have such a wonderful track record.

Why are you reposting your correction post which FOLLOWED the post I replied to, as if you expected me to have a crystal ball to know it was coming a few posts later? Does that make you feel like you really put one over on me?

Why would they need an approval? If you go panning for gold, do you wait for government approval before selling it to whomever offers you the most money for it?

No, it's not blaming whoever is president at the time. Bush has been out of office over 4 years!

When exports are prohibited you do.

I guess the same people built the buildings at their port with no permits?

He beat up his girlfriend and assaulted a cop; sentenced to take anger management classes. So why Zimmerman was allowed to carry a gun?

Got proof? Or merely ones word, which can easily (and many times can) be lies?

As far as I'm concerned: If society sees you're fit to live outside freely, with sharp knives available, ease of buying guns on the black market anyway, ability to build bombs, among other tools out there which can easily be used in slaughtering people, then they've a right to keep a gun on them in case they need to defend (their right, not mere privilege) themselves with it, hunt (their right, not mere privilege) with it, etc.

So many corrupt piglice (not good, honest police officers) have lied and/or exaggerated "crimes" supposedly committed against them or supposedly in their presence, it'd take me months to count that high.

So many corrupt, evil females lied about abuse by their male partner, just to get him hassled and at times convicted by an incompetent court, that it'd take me months to count that high.
