Balich did a job on the City of Lockport that got them the "Slimy Five". Now it Lockport's problem an he is no longer a Tea Party backer, but just a plain old repectable, everyday republican like the "Slimy Four" in the City council. "Tea Party" what Tea Party? We don't need know Tea Party people in Lockport if they are like Balich and his "fellow travelers" on the City council. He did more damage than "Move On" in the last election. Go get them at County Steve. George is with you all the way! Make sure you bring those unique signs to your swearing in and yell real loud. I am sure Larry Walsh will be impressed.

You think you've got trouble now, just wait! There's a guy named Mike Meyers who is hell bent on taking over Lockport politics to feed a larger agenda! He's the head of the Lockport American Legion and is a conservative! I heard he threw an elderly WWII vet "under the bus" so-to-speak for his own political gain over that new vet's clinic in Joliet! Guy has no class nor honor!

Here in New Lenox the Tea Party has renamed themselves DUO. This acronym stands for Democrats,Unions, and Obama. You must pledge to blame every ill in the world to one of the three evils. There is no charge to join, but it helps to be crazier than a chit house rat.

President and long time leader Neighbor will guide your growth by referring to read The Blaze articles. You will also learn to avoid any direct questions asked you ,especially when caught in a trick bag. Just do the following. Call the person you are responding to a funny name like Sharky in the Darkey or Jackie, Jackie,Jackie. Then ask a question and answer the question yourself and state that you are correct, but put a question mark behind it. Next pretend the other poster is a child or mentally unfit. You do this by asking the poster if mom knows they are using the computer or telling them to have a fruit cup. Soon you will be joining right in.

Vice President Professor will school you in the finer arts of referring to Obama as a Marxist socialist. He will also make up blatant B.S. and try to pass it off as real information. He also likes to take lines he has heard from other posters and use them as his own, such as get some skin in the game. But be wary of his prognostications as they are usually way off the mark.

No matter as long as you agree with them and they agree with you, of course that means you are right, thats faaaarrrrr "right", get it lol<grin.

First of all you have never proved me wrong. And more importantly I am not upset. It was a humorous post, mainly funny because it is so true. It spells out your "playbook" on here to a T. And I thank you for being so predictable, especially in sticking to the playbook for your response.
And I finished the laundry yesterday. My wife just wonders why I waste my time jabbering on here when I could be washing the floors. So now its on to the Swiffer wet jet.

I love this. It's nice to see that the whack jobs aren't limited to just Lockport. You could have made this very same post about some crazy lady in Lockport with a million different screen names and rants and her favorite phrase is "slimy five" and it makes it's way into nearly ever post, as evidenced above.. Too funny.

The Will County Tea party was doomed as soon as it lofted Balich to the top. He is a HORRIBLE communicator and the fact that he was able to rally so many members is either a testament to their ignorance, follower attitude or just plain stupid.

I said it from day one that the tea party would fragment the republican party and it did and most likely contributed to many lost elections.

And let's be serious here, no one was forming the tea party when the democratic congress was in charge during Bush's terms and spending was so completely out of control that it led us to the cliff we fell off at the end of his term. The tea party was formed when an unqualified black man was elected president because the republican party listened to the loudest voices instead of the middle and put John McCain with the idiot Sarah Palin on the ticket. McCain would have been a great candidate if he only stuck to his original platform and didn't let the far right dictate the election.

I would love to say - lesson learned, but then they did the same thing in 2012 with Romney and Ryan. HELLO - there is a republican middle out there that believes in smaller government, less welfare and a balanced budget, but we do not want your far right religious views to interfere with how our government is run.

It's a shame. The Tea Party Movement was a good thing when it started out, but too many wack-jobs jumped on board. Went to a couple rallies/meetings to check it out and see what it was all about. That last couple ended up with couples peddling their religious crap and more and more speakers talking about nothing. I'm not surprised they're crumbling apart.

Religious views are mostly aligned with good moral views. Don't lie, Cheat, Steal, Kill, etc... Is that the part you don't want interfereing in your government? No problem, become a democrat.

Your preaching to the choir over here with me. I have been telling these goofs that the far right has no place in the current Republican party. We need a more moderate conservative position to have a chance to thrive. But instead of seeing the results of the last few elections and realizing that their insane rhetoric has hurt us. They continue to preach their warped visions and claiming Obama is the devil incarnate. And what do I get for trying to get them to realize that they need to wake up. I get labeled a Democrat who supports Obama. If we continue down the same path, we might as well fold up shop and call it a day.
They say movements go from west to east in this country. Well if that is true, we better retool and fast. Because California is now down to 30% registered Republicans. What else I find amazing that it is not just you or I on Topix, but top Republican office holders, strategist what have you stating that we need to remove the extreme rhetoric and take a more moderate position. But still they beat the drum and think its helping. I cant figure it out.

Be careful what you ask for you just might get it. The only problem is that you cant or wont accept what is happening. Keep the hardline and see where you end up. That is out in the cold. Out with the old and in with the new. You and your message are falling on deaf ears, your movement is falling apart. The proof is all around you. You think that because a couple of like minded people post with you on this website that all is well. Keep up the good work, your candidates are fairing so well. LOL.
